How important is 'watering your plant without any fertilizers in the last 2 weeks' if your growing organic (BioBizz)?

So if Im going by the BioBizz chart you should just give your plant water for the last two weeks, I think for a better taste but how important is it? I typically just let her dry out quite a bit before I harvest. This should give a little boost in resin production like chilis gettin hotter when you water them less from time to time. Imo this works and I know some saying this is bro science like flushing before harvest or keeping her dark (imo both bro science).

First time growing Sweet Seeds and Im happy! (Dark Devil Auto)

Smells very sweet/fruity, kinda reminds me of grapes. Stoked for harvest in about two to three weeks. She's advertised with crazy fast 8½ weeks from seed to harvest and I gotta say she was suuuper fast in everything. Could spot a difference in between 6 to 8hrs in prime veg and flowering. Now she's in week seven.

Sadly I got a ph/nutrient lock issue but was able to almost solve it due to flushing with 40 liters of water.

Stoked for Pineapple Slush Xl, Tropicanna Poison XL and Purple Punch OG

Sadly I had a nutrient lockout due to ph but thats why the leaves are yellow but I managed to stop the yellowing by flushing with 40l of water.

The only thing I had planned was the snare pattern where the crowd is screaming in between. I heard this as a kid from a drummer but I have no idea from where or wich record it is. Would be amazing if someone would recognize it. The 'original' sounds almost exactly the same (if my memorie is right). Even with the screams in between. It sounds like a massive audience like in a stadium or a big hall.

Happy listening 😁🙌🏼
