Could I get an estimate for this? I had one slice and a half of a slice of a 16inch large pizza, (the smaller pieces I could find) and 3 garlic knots at a pizza place by my house. Not worried about the dipping sauces (marinara and blue cheese) just the food :) thank u!!

Hi, I’ve been growing out my hair since like December 2025 after getting bleach+tones every 6ish months, and I’m really itching for a new color and I really miss my blonde, my hair has been growing and has been so healthy but I don’t want to compromise the health and progress that I’ve made with my hair. Please let me know if a bleach and tone would ruin it! I don’t want to start bleaching constantly again, just one time and I’ll let it keep growing out again.

For context I used to be under 100 pounds (I am 5’) and gained some weight over the course of like a year and now I weigh 104, I have pretty bad body dysmorphia, I’ve also noticed my face looking more chubby, my clothes don’t fit like they used to and I just need someone else to tell me if I’m fat or not because I don’t believe my friends and family obviously lol, I am trying to lose weight rn
Hi! I started 25mg of Zoloft in October 2025, increased to 50mg in November 2025, and have been on 75mg since February of 2026. I have gained weight since starting Zoloft and I’ve previously struggled with both anorexia and bulimia so it’s bringing up a lot of past negative emotions and I want to get off before it gets any worse. (I also work outside and do not enjoy being drenched in sweat after 30 minutes). I still have yet to talk to my psychiatrist, but I’m wondering what that process would look like or has looked like for you if you’ve been in a similar situation!! Thanks!!

I have a gnarly farmers tan (see arm and neckline) and it seems no matter how long I lay outside my arms don’t want to get any darker. I put spf 50 sunscreen on the dark parts or simply cover them up and use SPF 30 tanning lotion on the light parts.. I work in the sun 3 days a week so the dark part just keep getting darker. I cannot keep going outside like this I am beyond embarrassed any help and advice is needed idec if I have to burn tf out of them 😭😭 do I just neeed to lay outside for like 3hours everyday w tanning lotion????
My little sister and I just set a 5gal up for a long fin betta she wants, but I told her she needs to wait til the water is right til she gets one. I just added an air pump to the sponge filter today, but the water has been sitting in the tank since may 16. I also added an old sponge I had from one of my established tank today. Since I added those, how long should I wait? I have a water testing kit but don’t want to test the water until there’s a chance of it being the right parameters. TIA!
I had a dermal piercing on my face for a little over a yr and got it taken out a week ago, the scab finally fell off and I was left with this scar. I am prescribed .025% tretinoin. Will applying my tretinoin on it help fade/reduce the look of the scarring?
