Fees when purchasing tickets at box office?

Online there's a $40 processing fee when purchasing tickets, does that fee still exist for box office ticket purchases, or is it just an online thing?

Help me feel better about my hotel choice

I'm balling on a budget and picked a motel that's about a 45 minute commute to the park using public transportation. I've only ever stayed within walking distance when going to festivals and I'm feeling nervous but it was the closest I could find that was less than $300 a night. Is that a reasonable distance? It is only a 15 minute car ride but I'm sure Ubers will be pricey and traffic might be bad? I don't live in a city with good public transportation so I'm also just worried about delays and stuff because I'll be taking the bus and I'm unsure how common those happen. I hope this is fine to post; any validation or tips would be appreciated. Thanks!

Going to work while deep in a depressive episode

This shit is not for the weak. Crying every morning not 5 minutes after I wake up, crying on my break, hell even crying during my shifts sometimes. Crying the second I get home and immediately stressing about the fact that I have to do it all again tomorrow. It's only been one week that I've been this bad; hopefully it'll pass soon because I genuinely don't know how much longer I can keep living like this.

The only thing keeping me going is the anxiety of knowing if I don't go to work I won't be able to pay my bills. So many bills. This whole world revolves around money and it just makes me even more depressed.

To those out there who are also depressed right now, I see you and you're not alone.

Got the adhd diagnosis but not autism and idk how to feel about it

I had my neuropsych eval last week and got my results back and just as expected I got my adhd diagnosis. I was a little surprised to not see an autism diagnosis, and when reading my notes more in depth I saw that on the srs-2 my score was "in the severe range" but due to there being "no compelling developmental history to support the diagnosis nor would [the doctors] behavioral observations fit with autism" I didn't receive a diagnosis.

I'm not gonna write my novel of autism symptoms here. I can't lie, there is a part of me that's still convinced I am autistic. I spent less than an hour with the doctor and the rest of the time I was just doing tests with the assistant. So I feel like he didn't even have a chance to get to know me like that, and there was so much that didn't get covered. I don't even think he asked about repetitive behaviors. I feel like I should've said more. I'm a 23 year old woman, so of course I didn't provide any compelling developmental history, I don't remember majority of my childhood. I do remember feeling left out and being a gifted kid and feeling like an outsider and like I was different from everybody else but couldn't figure out why and felt like something intrinsically was just wrong with me.

But I had a friend group and good grades. I guess me being a gifted kid in the 99th percentile didn't mean anything either.

Could that really all just be the adhd? I was convinced I had autism for 5 years and I'm just trying to accept that maybe I don't.

Apologies is this isn't appropriate for this sub.

Going from T-mobile to Allianz

I'm going to see 5sos and then Audrey Hobert on Thursday. Will I have to miss any part of either set? Or is it laid out close enough so I can experience both sets fully if I'm in the back for both?

I struggle to understand the words

Maybe it's just a me thing, but my boyfriend also observed that it is a little bit hard to make out what she's saying on some of the songs. I do struggle with auditory processing issues but I'm curious if anyone else also feels this way? I have to read the lyrics while listening to be able to capture it all.

I love the album. I just wish I knew what she was saying😭

Are any record stores doing listening parties tonight for Olivia Rodrigo's new album?

I tried looking around online but couldn't find much.

Bars with activities?

I moved to the area about a month ago and I'm in need of some friends 🙂 what are some good bars in the area that do stuff like bingo, trivia, etc. or just have good vibes to hangout in? Thanks!

What are the chances of actually getting tickets at the door for Audrey Hobert after show?

I'm guessing at least a few crazy people will be camping all day so I don't even know if I want to try but I'm curious what you guys think? I've never been to this venue before either so I'm really not familiar with the procedures at all

I wish they all knew

All the people who I've hurt and I've ghosted, all the people I went to school with who called me crazy and a nut job, all the witnesses of my manic or avoidant episodes. None of them know I have bipolar (and autism & ptsd). I just want to scream it in their faces. I wasn't crazy, I wasn't a lunatic, I was undiagnosed and unmedicated (or rather on an SSRI, which made me manic). And I feel pathetic for that. As if them knowing I'm actually sick would change anything. These people haven't been in my life for five years.

So why do I still crave their sympathy? I never received any because I was the one wreaking havoc upon half my class in school. Everything bad that happened to me was my fault and I don't deserve their forgiveness but it kills me knowing they're still out there with hatred in their hearts when everything about me has changed. They probably still think I'm just as awful as I was when I was 17, or they don't think about me at all and I don't know which is worse. People are right to hate me, I was terrible to people. I was a homewrecker, I ghosted handfuls of people, I was careless and reckless. But I was just a teenager and I was SICK! And I try forgiving myself but it's hard when the people I hurt never forgave me. They don't owe it to me. Hell, if I was them I wouldn't have forgiven me. I just wish they knew. I think about them multiple times a day every day. Things I wish I would've said, things I would say if I saw them now. I never gave one genuine apology and now I'll never have the chance because I was explicitly told to never contact them again. They'll never know. They definitely don't give a fuck either way. And I'll be stuck in my head about it my whole life.

What track number do we think begged will be?

I came to the realization that we don't know where begged is going to be on the album! I honestly couldn't tell you but I'm assuming it'll be the first half? Idk, what do you guys think!

Watching everybody else graduate

I got through two years of university before I had to drop out, and this is the year everyone who was in my dorm is graduating. The graduation pictures all over my Instagram feed are brutal. I've managed to keep myself afloat without higher education, but the could have & should have beens are still in the back of my mind.

Sometimes I think about going back to school but I remember all the stress it's caused and relapses because of it and it terrifies me. Idk I'm just having crazy fomo watching all these people I used to sit next to in class wearing caps and gowns. Like wdym I could have a degree in accounting right now if depression didn't steal my entire life from me. Wild.

How similar is the park layout each year?

I've only been to lolla '25 and I'm trying to plan out my schedule. are places like the venmo house, redbull disco, etc. always in the same locations or do they shift around? Thanks!

Olivia Rodrigo is my all-time top artist! Share your stats!

And this doesn't include the past few months I've spent on Apple Music

I was initially diagnosed as bp1 but my newer doctor switched my diagnosis to bp2 and I'm struggling to differentiate the line between mania/hypomania. In my worst episode I committed some bad crimes. Things that definitely should have landed me in jail. Idk if I can even say but truthfully I don't really want to either. The whole thing was basically revolved around this guy I was obsessed with which is why I sometimes still think I have bpd (but that's a whole different thing).

Basically I feel like I was in way too deep for it to have been hypomania. Idk if I was in psychosis but I was 100% delusional, I was ruining a relationship and genuinely thought I was totally in the right, I said so many horrible things that I stood my ground on and listening back to what I said I can't believe those words ever came out of my mouth. I no longer identify at all with the person I was in this episode. It lasted for over 6 months when I was 17-18.

So I'd appreciate some stories from either bp1 or 2 of how you're able to differentiate between mania and hypomania.
