How hard is it to study in German language

To all those international students, whose first language is not german, not even close to it , and are studying their bachlors in Germany in the German language, How difficult is it? Do you struggle to understand lectures?

Do assignments or even exams?

The studienkolleg require bare minimum of b1, but b2 is recommended, but i still doubt its enough for doing your undergraduate level studies in that language.

How to make my profile strong

Cgpa: 3.75

Sar: 1480

Ielts: 8

Highschool graduate2025

As is evident, this is my second gao year, i wasted one year without much guidence trying to appky to universities for full tuition + stipend scholarship but have failed miserably.

I have realised that apart from ny axademics- which are mediocre themselves, i need strong eca. But my highschool didn't give ne exposure to all these stuffs, even my seniors didn't give advise for students trying to study abroad. But now i need to build my profile.

I do programming , but turns put personal projects and some opensource contributions don't matter much. How can i make my profile strong. Give me some realistic ways.

A good tool(IMO), but does it jave a use case?

Opensource-nepal has a really good project [commitlint](

https://github.com/opensource-nepal/commitlint).

Its really good, we have a github-actions and a pre-commit hook(actually commit-msg hook) to lint commit messages for standardising commit messages for automated changelog generation.

And we want to rewrite it in rust so that it's much faster - compared to the python version.

I just have one teeny tiny doubt tho. Will people even use it? I mean Thanks ot llms most of the nitty gritty stiffs are handled without human intervention and that's a really big win in the world of software - which used to be much more labor intensive. And due to this even having standardized commit messages is just a matter of mentioning the standard practices in the llms file, somewhere jn agent.md or even any other md file.

So, my ultimate question is, us it worth working on a better , improved version of a tool, that might possibly have no use case.

Can i learn german with hearing disorder?

Background: i have a hearing disorder that makes understanding speech difficult, its AMSD.

In regular conversations, i heavily rely on lip-reading to properly understand the words. With it, everything sounds fizzy, words blended together like an old radio.

I need b1 level german to study studienkolleg, as I'll be applying to Germany for my bachlors. How realistic is it for me to assume that i can learn german and learn it well to study bachlors there?

Hearing aids aren't really helpful as my hearing disorder is not a regular hearing loss.

Scholarship for bachlors - int'l student

Hi, i am a international student, graduated highschool in 2025 with cgpa of 3.75. i also have IELTS score of 8 and SAR of 1480, which i think is decent. I had applied to the US but my visa got rejected. US was my first choice because od the scholarships, u had full tuition scholarship.

Now, I'm looking for alternatives, do universities in Denmark provide close to full tuition scholarship? Or even partial for international students? If yes which unis?

I don't know alot of denmark universities, honestly i have been looking into many other countries, i want to know if Denmark is the right fit for me.

This is because i font have german language test, i dont know it either and so studying german and then the studienkolleg takes 2 years, till then my ielts will have expired. So i thought this eould be a quick route.

I need some genuine and honest advice.
