Any ways to get a fake medical certificate for free 🥲

Since I skipped my series exam today, I have to provide a medical certificate to the tutor for the retest requirements. I know how to get one by paying a fee, but is there any other way to get it for free...

Is it common to lie about not receiving any scholarship while applying for another scholarship?

I am currently receiving one scholarship, only 30k per year. I wanted to apply for another India-based one, but I heard they ask about receiving any previous scholarships. If I say yes, the probability of getting it is zero. What should I do?

What are the essentials to buy as a new gym member in a unisex gym(im a girl btw)

Are shoes really needed? If yes, what kind? Also, I am pretty insecure about my hair, so I want to cover it properly and comfortably (I do have hijabs, as I am Muslim). Currently, I am thinking of clipping all my hair with a claw clip at the back, wearing a hijab cap, and rolling a jersey hijab over it. Any other comfortable alternatives are welcome!

Also, I am planning to wear track pants with a jersey t-shirt. I am planning to buy sports bra and laser-cut underwear to wear underneath.

I already have a water bottle and a towel with me.Please guide me with any needed modifications to my plan or any other good alternatives. All suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance! ❤️

Are there any good scholarships to apply for as a second-year B.Tech student in India?

Most scholarships are strictly limited to first year students. Are there any merit based scholarships for second year students in india??

Please help 🥲

Is sleeping until 9 or 10 am that bad for a girl.

So my parents, especially my father, are highly against girls not waking up early in the morning, even though we don't have any work in the morning. But my brother sleeping until any time is not at all an issue. Now I am questioning myself if I was wrong or if they were wrong. Today I slept until 9 AM, and I woke up to the sound of my father shouting at my mother for letting me sleep until that time. He was blaming her for raising me like a lazy girl who doesn't wake up early and do daily kitchen chores. I am crying right now. Why are they like this? Am I really bad?

Laptop Recommendations for Mechanical Engineering Student (SolidWorks & ANSYS)

Hi everyone! I'm a second-year Mechanical Engineering student aiming for a career in design. I am currently learning SolidWorks and ANSYS, but my basic HP laptop is struggling to keep up with the performance requirements.

I’m looking for a reliable laptop that can handle complex assemblies and simulations throughout the rest of my degree and into my early career. Do you have any specific model recommendations or hardware specs I should prioritize? Thanks in advance!

Essential Core Subjects and Best Resources for a ME Student?

I am currently a second-year student. I didn't focus much during my first year because the subjects weren't part of the core curriculum. Now that I’ve started courses like Mechanics of Solids and Fluid Mechanics, I’m feeling overwhelmed.I want to gain a deep understanding and build practical skills rather than just chasing grades. Which core subjects are most critical for my future career, and which textbooks or resources should I use to master them?

Also i am interested in mechanical designing too(iam practicing solidworks and ansys rn)

Honest question : building skills by ourselves or internships + certificates

As a second year mechanical engineering student,by "building skills myself" i mean studying solidworks, ansys and other tools(since im interested in designing field) by using tutorials available on internet. Or do internships on which we have to pay first and doing paid courses for certifications(like nptel and other iit related stuffs, idk more about it) matter more for landing a good job.

I want to join our college's SAE team next year (2nd year), and I actually need to impress the interviewers during the selection interview. So, I am thinking of building some SolidWorks projects so I can impress them as a 2nd-year mech student...

Is there anyone here who received the Federal Bank Hormis Memorial Foundation Scholarship this year or in the past?

If anyone have experience with this scholarship (past or present), please reach out. I need to clear up some doubts regarding the scholarship scheme. Thanks!
