Our main bet is Imposter – a party game you play in person with 3+ friends. You've seen the TikToks: a friend group plays a deduction game, someone lies badly, chaos, laughing, betrayal. That's the exact content that sells this app. The catch – it only works if you actually have people to film with and you're good on camera. We're neither.

So we're looking for co-founder #3 to own TikTok / Reels / Shorts end-to-end. You and your friends ARE the content: playing, reacting, getting caught. You get 25% equity (vested, so both sides are protected) and full creative control of the channels.

Back in 2020, my team and I built our first phone cleaner app. It wasn’t very good.

The photo similarity algorithm was slow and inaccurate. The app struggled with large libraries, had UI freezes, and overall the experience wasn’t something I was proud of.

But that project left me with an unfinished goal: one day, I wanted to build a phone cleaner that was actually fast, beautiful, and enjoyable to use.

Five years later, I finally decided to start again from scratch.

I studied the biggest players in the market like Cleaner Kit, Cleanup, Cleaner Guru, AI Clener. These apps make millions of dollars every month, mostly because they have incredible distribution through Facebook, TikTok, and other paid channels.

But while using them, I noticed a common problem: the UX often felt slow and heavy. Scrolling through thousands of photos could make the device warm, animations would drop frames, and the experience didn’t feel as smooth as a native app should.

So I made a different decision: I rebuilt everything from scratch.

Instead of relying on standard components, I wrote my own UI infrastructure, optimized image loading and caching, and redesigned the photo processing pipeline to handle massive libraries smoothly.

The goal was simple: make a cleaner that feels as fast and responsive as Apple’s Photos app.

After months of work, I finally had something I was genuinely proud of.

The app is fast, smooth, and designed exactly the way I imagined back in 2020.

And then I launched it.

Today, it gets around 5 downloads per day.
That was a painful but valuable lesson: building a great product is only half of the battle. Distribution matters just as much.

A great product without marketing is like building a beautiful store in the middle of a desert - nobody knows it exists.

Right now, I’m trying to figure out what comes next: ASO, TikTok content, paid ads, or something else.

If anyone has been in a similar situation, I’d love to hear what worked for you.
