Help me pick my next paper deck (based on my roster)

I’m looking for my next paper deck, and would love it to complement the rest of my decks with being a breath of fresh/new air. I’m not exactly building a battlebox but I like a collection I can use with friends who visit and which makes me try new things.
I usually build all old border or some interesting aesthetic way, flavor is hig part of why I’m in mtg and premo.

Thought maybe this ask could tickle some of you!

My current decks:
- BG Contamination (Alvaro version, love it. I’m a mono black main at heart, and I have already enough black staples to build clerics, the rock, moneyball, and a bunch of others)
- B Fattyball (really version of moneyball with Grinning demon and others)
- WU Landstill
- hFEB (still learning it, so much fun!)
- UG madness (I really love this, such a fun deck to play, if only it was a bit stronger)

Wishes/bonus for next deck suggestions:
- Introducing new colors (R) or such I play rarely
- Tier 1 or close to it, my meta is quite sweaty though I love t2 kitchen table as well
- Introducing new gameplay
- Fun to play and play against
- I already have landstill, and don’t want more sloooow control. Faster control is ok, red ponza looks fun for example
- Not incredible expensive

Hard limitations for next deck:
- I don’t like proxying so I don’t want to have to pick up crazy expensive cards like dreadnoughts, sanctums, cradles and moxes

Some decks I’ve been eyeing:
- Sligh, goblins or red ponza
- Psychatog (B, I know.. but still, it’s fun)

Melatonin and other tips and tricks to balance out side effects of medicine

Hi gang!
42yo recently medicated dad with a bit of a sleep issue. Not a lot, but more than pre meds.
Anyone have any general tips (don't say go to bed earlier) for that, and/or experience with Mealtonin in particular?
I have some specific questions like: does Melatonin help, which dosage (Germany and no prescription, meaning weak) to start with would you recommend, when to take it, anything negative you experience, etc.?

I'm taking Elvanse 30mg for my disorder if it matters.

I really like B3, can I sit?

Back in MTG for 3 years after a 25 year hiatus.
I recently got rid of a bunch of decks and focused down on a few I enjoy that satisfy me in different ways. Kami is the one I have most fun with these days.

Let me know if I can sit, if you have questions or tips for my lineup!

I didn’t add any of my B2s since they are pretty uninteresting. Almost unupgraded precons I only play if I have to.

Worth sticking to Startide Rising?

I’m a fair bit in and not feeling Startide Rising. I thought this would work for me as a space opera lover, but it’s too corny so far. Does it get better?

I love concept forward sci-fi normally.

SF makes me sadder and sadder, it’s like I’ve read all the obviously great books and now I’m digging in the bin for more. Have not found anything I really liked for months, except for **The Inverted World** which was amazing.

Tips for fun and interactive Golgari, Sultai, or Abzan commander (B3)

Background is I'm a mono-black enjoyer, fond of all things graveyard and happen to have A LOT of good golgari cards in general, but also Abzan (since I'm taking apart [[Betor, Ancestor's Voice]] I tried for a year but that simply doesn't work that well, and isn't fun) and Sultai.

In the last months I started playing more U in EDH ([[Kami of the Crescent Moon]]), alongside Premodern, and it gave me back some love for EDH since I discovered how much more fun I have thinking about interaction and/or combos than to just sit and wait for my turn to tap creatures. So I'm looking for a new commander who can be a highly interactive solid B3. Preferably Golgari, Sultai or Abzan.

Maybe someone with more experience in these colors have some fun tips for me?
Bonus for odd commanders, no top 100, not only playing on my own turn, and decks that don't rely solely on the commander.
