Rocket S tier - is usually the best healer because players focused on healing want to heal with the best healer. Rocket's the GOAT with bouncy orbs and free revives because you play widow and invariably die first.

Adam S tier - is generally really good just by nature of his kit. Requires closeness for heals, and you damn well better anyway, because he's the healer with enough game sense to gripe about the backline the second BP enters the chat. Help or it's "gg dps u suk with your ego should have tanked zaza or swapped kys and uninstall" in voice coms.

Mantis S tier - is at minimum good for at least the first 8 seconds of a match. Length of focus directly correlates to their proficiency icon.

Jeff A tier - is decent if he drops bubbles and is not being mercilessly head shot by the Punisher main that swapped to Widow only to embarrass himself trying to diff you.

Cloak and Dagger A tier - requires a level of aim that cannot be achieved by Widow, whereas an errantly fired homing heal bolt misses its intended Dino and somehow finds you after it has ricocheted.

White Fox B tier - always heals when she teleports to you to ensure your safety by landing the final hit against the Spiderman you grappled. Her selflessness and care for her teammates merit her many MVPs that you would have otherwise earned if you didn't instalock Widow, you selfish piece of shit.

Loki B tier - is hit or miss. I usually get matched with a Squirrel Girl main trying their first healer.

Healpool ? Tier - I have no idea how to use Healpool and neither does my teammate.

Gambit C tier - can't spell anti-heal without heal, the latter of which he won't do for you anyway.

Ultron Cryptid tier - like sasquatch, never existed, or hasn't existed since his completely reasonable, thoughtful, necessary balance changes for the health of the game; again like sasquatch.

Luna Snow F tier - the F stands for "Fuck you, Widow, I'm going to explain how much value I give to my team when I'm outflanking you and not healing anyone until I hit E."

Somewhere between Gold - GM equivalent QP elo, I had the joy of playing against honest-to-goodness Widows tonight. One in Gala outfit, another in Phoenix, and one learning and asking for tips. Was great, positive banter like "ILY WIDOW", "Oh a real widow". I like to drop r/blackwidowmains when I can, so hopefully they'll find a new place of encouragement!

Seriously, what time does it drop? I expect I'll need to reopen the client.

I live in a rural area and only get sub 50ms ping times when I connect to, what I assume, is Oregon. With that being the only region selected, I'd assume they'd always be decent, but I am often thrown into games where it exceeds 80ms, which turns into a noticeable difference in my shooting accuracy. They are the same ping times I get get connecting to Dallas or North Carolina. Without having to geofence or firewall specific subnets, is there a way I can enforce the desired behavior?

I mean, it's what they eat.

Widow is my favorite hero in the game because of how she plays. The speed, burst, and high reward / accessibility to healers. She's also my best DPS.

30 years ago, I was THAT guy. I would clear Kali lobbies in Duke Nukem 3D, Descent, then eventually Quake 3 Arena, Unreal Tournament, and so on. In the late 90s, I considered professional tournaments when I found out about guys like Fatal1ty, but location and reality, ya know.

Now that I am approaching 50, I can't mechanically be that guy anymore. My flicks are too slow and I'm too inaccurate above a sensitivity of 1. I reckon, if we're in the same lobby and your account is older than a week, we're probably evenly matched by some algorithm, I have to be okay with that. I can't mechanically be better at this point. This is as good as it gets (mid plat peak with Widow-only).

Maybe it's an age thing? Maybe Widow is underpowered, and it's not a simple exercise in skillful clicking, or lack-thereof I can blame on age? I'd like to believe it's the latter, but can't.

I'd still like to know what NetEase considers to be too much power for this hero, what role THEY think she needs to fill, and what plans they have. I love the stylistics of Rivals, but I think I've hit my limits, gooner skin be damned lol

Rechambering can be interrupted. This is game breaking. I couldn't tell you the amount of times I engage white fox, kick, grapple, go for head shot and ... [Clicking reloading sound].

I go to ult, wait split second (because you can't just immediately start charging your ult big wtf), begin charging, then someone looks at me and I'm interrupted. 100% ult vanished.

Some heroes' completely ignore grapple during their ults: Thor, starlord, magneto. Pretty sure they can be frozen and interrupted by Luna.

And what's this shit with Cyclops being able to laser escape when he's supposed to be immobilized by grapple? Am I mistaken or is he immune to cc when he flies back, or is he capable of breaking grapple immobilization with that skill? Saw this three or four times yesterday!

Goddamned game devs need to unfuck their hero implementations and standardize their models so they don't have to go back two years to balance OG heroes they forgot about.

Black cat is annoying, but Daredevil is the literal devil. Are they more manageable?
