‪Just booted up Silent Hill 2 for the first time and PS5 Pro and the performance issues are really as bad as they say.‬

Is there any hope of it being fixed and PSSR added back to performance mode?‬ ‪

PS6 and beyond will still have these issues and that’s so sad for the game’s legacy‬

Edit: damn what a miserable sub. You would think that the ps5 pro sub would be the last place people are okay with 30fps gameplay. One of the main reasons for upgrading was 60+ fps.

My issues were only in performance mode and I noticed it because it was much better on my OG PS5

Lots of frame drops, shimmering everywhere and flashing during cutscenes.

Admittedly it is getting better later in the game.

I just really love this game and want it to perform at its best for its legacy.

Stuck between these 4 Anbernic devices

I am looking to replace my cheap R36s, after falling in love with retro gaming.

Which of these 4 devices is the best? For SNES, GBA, N64, PS1, some Dreamcast (crazy taxi, sonic adventure and jet set radio)

The devices are:

RG35XX H
RG40XX H
RG40XX V

How to get lossless scaling frame gen to work with games launched with emudeck

I don't want to add all my roms to steam and add the launch command for each individual game.
Is there a way to add the launch command to maybe to all the emulators (retroarch, dolphin, etc)?

Freak It in Dolby Atmos sounds incredible

The album versions of the singles all got atmos on Apple Music.

On atmos home theatre setup they sound amazing!

Best device to replace R36S

Bought a cheap R36S for like $15 on AliExpress a year ago and I have been loving the games from PS1 to GBA.

I want to replace it with something more premium (the buttons and build quality of the R36S feel very cheap obviously)

Which would be the best handheld with this or similar form factor with a premium feel?

Better speaker, buttons, battery and maybe even performance?

I do really like the OS on the R36s!

After not using the ally for a bit, when I press the power button, it first shows the rog logo animation and windows lock screen.

Is there a way to make it turn on quicker?
