Labor exploitation- no pay for OT, why so normalized?
Have we normalized labor exploitation so much that no one talks about it anymore?
Or are the journalists busy with finding the lost wife of the husband or catching them red hand?
Are we so busy gossiping and dancing on TikTok we have become so unaware of reality?
Government has clearly mentioned the minimum salary of 17k rupees, but has it even got implemented?
Vulnerable people who are desperate for the job are heavily exploited , making them work for upto 12 hours a day for minimal salary of 12k-15k.
In this economy , how can a person survive with this money? And more so, the precious time that could've been utilized for other stuff that will help a person grow in life is completely stalled.
And these greedy mofo advertise proudly mentioning salary of 12k for 12 hours of labor a day.
Why aren't we talking about this anymore??
How can a person survive in this economy with so much of fraud and exploitation??
And let's talk about job centre scams.
First a family is pushed into poverty lacking Basic amenities to even survive and when a person tries to better their life , get a job , they have to go through hefty process where they send their application to multiple job Centers, where mostly they're scammed for money, and even if they do get a job, comes another Exploration where with that salary , there's neither enough to survive, nor can have growth for future.
What's the government doing??????
