Active Lyme

Besides the standard immunological tests used to determine whether someone has Borrelia, Babesia, or Bartonella, has anyone consulted an immunologist and undergone tests that show the body is fighting an active infection?

Question, orthose or quartz

While walking along a path through the countryside, I came across this rock, which caught my attention because it was found in an area where almost all the rock is granite. I’m not sure whether it is quartz, orthoclase, or quartzite. I’d appreciate your help identifying it.

Blood test

I have two test requests from a cardiologist to check my fasting insulin and blood sugar levels, as well as my levels after breakfast. However, the requests do not specify whether the tests should be done one hour after breakfast, two hours after breakfast, or at both times.

I assume you have experience with this type of test. Could you please tell me what is normally measured: insulin and blood sugar one hour after breakfast, two hours after breakfast, or both?

Player or fans?

I bought this shirt from a private seller a while ago. I’m not sure whether it’s the fan version or the player version, as it seems to be quite good quality, but I’d like to hear your opinion.

Respiratory alkalosis due to hyperventilation

For more than a year, I’ve been waking up in the mornings gasping for air. I don’t know whether this could be related to Lyme disease. I’m not even sure that I have Lyme, but if you look through my posts, I recently shared the results of a blood test. I’m not currently undergoing treatment.

I don’t know whether what I’m experiencing could be caused by panic attacks affecting the respiratory center that controls the breathing rhythm. I’m wondering whether anyone else experiences this kind of breathing disturbance caused by hyperventilation.

Could the hyperventilation be caused by Lyme disease, or could it be something else, such as dysautonomia? Could you please help me?

Player VS genuine

Is the breathability of the fabric in the original Adidas jersey comparable to that of the player-version replica?
