I was just minding my own business on my pc when suddenly my cpu usage went high, and malwarebytes was using 100% disk in task manager. So, i opened malwarebytes and for some reason it was scanning my file system. However i did not do anything to initiate this. I finished the free trial weeks ago and i dont have the premium version, just the free version. Windows defender is my main antivirus too so im not sure as to what activated this scan. Is this normal?

my account was made in 2015. so around 2019, me being a stupid kid decided to make an alt to play roblox condos. i was in a group and im pretty sure i left but this was ages ago. throwback to now im kinda scared my main will get banned if my alt gets banned. i dont even remember the username to that alt account so idk whether or not it got banned. however if it somehow gets banned even though it was ages ago idk if i will get enforcement banned. i also remember one small detail of younger me saying somehting about "69". what do you guys think of the situation? ya think ill get banned or na. if i were to get banned on my main what type would it be? (termination, enforcement) and will i still be able to make a new account on the same pc?

i acknowledge breaking the rules of roblox, but then again i was just a mindless kid

Does anyone know if this is normal? It has been like this for like 15 minutes.

So i downloaded curseforge online from https://www.curseforge.com/download/app. I downloaded the standalone and got the virus total results:

I recently performed a windows defender offline scan in suspicion of a virus i downloaded a month ago (i already reset my pc via usb). So i downloaded malware a month ago, and i did a usb windows reset to try and get rid of it. Malwarebytes and windows defender found no viruses after the reset. So now, i tried to login to pinterest but it wouldn't let me. Seconds later i get an email saying that someone logged into my account in south carolina. I'm in the Uk. I was wondering could this just be an ip glitch? i mean it happened seconds later after i tried logging into my account.

so recently (a month ago) i downloaded malware onto my pc. this was a mistake. so i decided to do a usb reset with fresh installation media from a clean laptop. my question within the period of time i plugged in my usb and restarted my pc, the malware could have jumped into the windows files of my usb and i just reinstalled the malware? for more context, after i downloaded the malware i reset my pc via cloud download and remove everything. i felt too suspicious so for peace of mind i reset my pc via usb

So recently i downloaded Geode and installed it. It runs perfectly on geometry dash with no problems, but is it a virus? i ran the installer through virus total and 1/70 got flagged. windows also warned me before running it that it could be potentially unsafe. https://geode-sdk.org/install this is the link that i installed it from.

When i plugged my airpods into my pc to charge, it made a different notification sound as usual. It was much blurrier and not as clean as the original sound and it's been bugging me. I've already tried changing the setting for the sounds e.g. windows default, but it didn't work or change anything.

It didn't make this sound before. Also, the link to my youtube shows the difference of the sounds. The first one is the one im stuck with and the second one is what it used to be.

EDIT (SOLVED): I found out the reason why this changed. On dark mode, the sounds are different due to a recent update. If you change it to light mode, the sounds would be the same as before the update. I'm pretty sure it is just a bug windows will have to fix in the future, but overall it's nothing that important.

I played games like Fortnite and Minecraft on my pc. I reset my pc because I got a virus, and now those games are running slower than before. Could anyone find out the reason as to why this is happening?

On minecraft, i would run it via lunar client and would average around 300fps with shaders (9070xt and 9800x3d). Now i average around 150fps. On fortnite I would get 700, now i average around 300.
