These concepts are some of the coolest designs for Chaos even outside the game, yet the base chaos armors look like they would be a tier below these, then we got mostly the third versions. What if for the Chaos Siege update they also surprise gave us the second versions of these (which are the best ones imo)

After the june community update, I'm pretty sure the new class is a Judiciar.
First off, the hints in the post:
They mention the class weapon - Absolvor Pistol - which is used by Apothecary, Chaplain and also Judiciar. In the post they mention it could be Apothecary, Chaplain or something else, with the 🤫 emoji - which is the hint at the Judiciar. In lore they take a vow of silence.
Second:
The delay of the Greatsword. Now this is not clear if its a delay or if it has been cancelled, but people have been asking for a Greatsword and Saber usually delivers on this front. The Greatsword has been replaced with a one handed Thunder Hammer (which feeds into my theory, you'll see later).
A 1H Hammer would have a very similar moveset to the Crozius, Chaplain's signature weapon. I don't think the devs would implement 2 very similar melee weapons in SM2.
If the Judiciar class were to come, it would come like the Techmarine with the signature weapon, possibly being class specific. Thats why they changed to the Hammer. The Sword still comes, but together with the Judiciar later.
Third:
From a gameplay standpoint, the Judiciar has the most "game-y" ability, which would be his Time stopping Bubble. They've said they probably won't do Apothecary since we already have Bulwark's healing perks + the game already has a lot of healing mechanics. Im not sure what the Chaplain would do exactly, but I'd wager it would be something like a "morale" buff with higher dmg and health for a temporary time for teammates. Not very original or fun.
Fourth:
From a development standpoint, the devs seem to have a strange issue with voices and already made it clear what their stance is on the voice situation (Voice Pack and Techmarine). They want to avoid stuff like that in the future. They literally have a class that takes a vow of silence. Thats 2 birds with 1 stone - no voice and lore-accurate. There's also the fact that a lot of people want Leandros as the Chaplain Class, if they can't do that they'll get some backlash again - again a potential voice related issue.
Now, Judiciars are student Chaplains, which means if they have the opportunity to do something really smart:
Have Judiciar as the main class - 4 armor sets - 2 are actual Judiciar armors, 2 are Chaplain armors. The new Hammer is also equippable.
The One Handed Hammer, since its so similar, gets either some variant skins or Heroic version of a Crozius. Through Perks, players can make their class role into that resembling a Chaplain - focused on team buffs.
The Judiciar will get the Deathwatch Champion Pack, since the Wolf Guard comes with the shield, so that would be a Bulwark pack.
After the DW Judiciar, they are already set up for the Chaplain with the BT Execrator, that already looks like a mix between the two.
The only real nitpicks there would be is that even if you setup as a Chaplain you still don't have voice lines, and you still have the Time Stop ability, but that is just that - nitpicks.
This way you satisfy both parties, Judiciar AND Chaplain fans.

With the foot color option coming, I hope the Salamander flame decal doesn't cover the foot. In art and minis the flame only covers the ankle armor, but the foot stays a different color.
