You’ve likely seen the news: Microsoft is slashing Microsoft 365 Family cloud storage from 6 TB (1 TB per user) down to a pooled 2 TB.

​Complaining on forums won't change this, but hitting their financial forecasting will.

​If you are unhappy with this change, take 2 minutes right now to take action:

​Log into your Microsoft Account and turn off recurring billing / auto-renew.

​When prompted with the cancellation survey, select "Other" and state: "Cancelling due to the unacceptable storage reduction from 6TB to 2TB announced in October."

​Why this matters:

Microsoft tracks non-renewing accounts as "at-risk churn" in its financial forecasts. A sudden spike in turned-off auto-renewals forces executive teams to see the direct revenue loss long before the May 2027 rollout date.

​You can always turn auto-renew back on later if they walk it back -- but doing this today sends a direct, measurable signal.

I recently moved to Google Workspace for Business. Google Voice would offer me a cheaper phone solution than I currently have in place, but I need to be able to use cordless handsets. I can't find any that are listed as compatible. Can anyone advise if this is possible, please?

I'm transferring from a personal Gmail account to Google Workspace (because of Google's imminent withdrawal of Send As functionality for custom domains not hosted in Workspace).

I have several secondary calendars on my Gmail account, and want to transfer ownership of those calendars to my new Google Workspace account, so that invites and meeting links remain intact.

I've shared the calendars from Gmail to Workspace, and accepted the shares in the Workspace account. Now, when I go into the Gmail account and request to transfer ownership, I see a message:

`"Ownership cannot be transferred. This calendar can only be owned by an eligible individual user account."`

Is there a Workspace setting that's preventing this working? I don't want to do an ical export and import because that breaks links to meeting invitees.

I've been using Google Assistant but it won't control Sonos anymore. When I aks for something to play, it responds and says it's playing, but nothing plays.

Today, I tried using Alexa. It has the same problem, so I'm starting to think it's a Sonos issue.

I also tried Sonos Voice Control. It works for the most part, but can't play anything from BBC Sounds, because it says it can't find it (and on any case, I don't really want to use the Sonos assistant, because my home includes Sonos Fives, so I need to be able to use an external Google Home or Alexa device).

Anyone else having issues with Google Assistant and Alexa not working with Sonos?
