Was I wrong in overtaking this bus

Bus signalled left it wasn’t safe for me to over take because oncoming traffic was close, the bus kept his left indicator on and the bus on the other side was far enough and put both his indicator lights on, I completed the overtake within the speed limit as there was enough space between me and the bus on the other side, was this correct or should I have waited

Did I do this wrong

I was on the a212 lane went straight and needed up on the right lane of a212, instead of going straight I signalled to go right to go to the Croydon flyover, was this correct or not

This is my third day driving and I just had two people pull out on me

Luckily I was keeping to the speed and stopped in time, this just happened on my way back from work and it’s the first time in 3 days two drivers have attempted to pull out on me at the last second
