Looking for a data driven ABM coach/mentor

Hi, I’ve recently stepped into the world of ABM and I am a newbie in the ABM team for a large company that’s notoriously data driven. While we have a lot of signals (some noisy and some biased) in the dataset, there’s also a lot of historical data available on most of the accounts. I’m having trouble tying it all together to prioritize accounts within a given budget.

I’m looking for someone to mentor or coach me on how to deal with an environment like this and someone who has worked on ABM for 1-1 or 1-few for large key accounts. Also, maybe help me understand how I can navigate my career through this role. If there’s someone who has run data driven ABM plays or has built a career in ABM in large organizations, I’d love to have a chat and learn the ropes.

PS: I don’t really have money to give away at this specific point for hourly engagements, since I just started work and I’m looking for guidance, but we can probably work something out in the long run. I’m open to discussing options.

Tired of continuous yapping by some commentators

Watching the BWF World Championships at New Delhi and these new female commentators don’t seem to know when to shut up.

They’re talking continuously about random stuff with zero insightful commentary throughout the matches and the rallies. It’s almost like cricket commentary (which I’m assuming where India picked em up from). They have made it insufferable to watch these matches with the sound on. Can’t hear the racquet “thwacks”, the crowd reactions, the player emotions…anything, except these two women yapping about continuously. Their reactions to rallies are also not insightful at all. I miss the older commentators so much right now.

Anyone going through this or am I being too touchy right now?

Need help: LLP even with customers in the US?

I have been struggling with this decision for a while and information is really scattered online.

I have a service business and a consumer product under the same brand. Both have clients/customers mostly based out of the US.

I do not earn enough revenue to go for a Pvt ltd yet. I just started it and my MRR stands at about 3 lakhs, so about 36 lakhs per year.

I want to spare my cofounder and myself the compliance gymnastics and go for an LLP using a virtual address instead of a Private Limited Company.

Any advice on what the best route for this would be? I’m exploring Rize by Razorpay but I’m not sure if this is the right call.

Things I’m worried about:

  1. The compliance required to open a current account here to connect it to Stripe in order to receive payments from the US and UK
  2. GST compliance and the high LLP taxes as compared to Pvt Ltd.
  3. The actual heavy lifting in terms of the paperwork reserved for the 30 day period post registration.

Thank you in advance!

Built a breakdown for SaaS startups struggling with their go-to-market plan

I see too many posts about founders not being able to find customers or struggling with their go-to-market plan.

It made me realize that there needs to be a guide of some sorts that founders/builders could follow when starting off with building the story and distribution plan for their product. Hence, created a breakdown of the GTM plan anyone can use in their own context.

I have been a product marketer and GTM specialist for the past 10 years (currently building a B2B SaaS product) and I am happy to help, DM or comment if you have specific questions for your vertical or product and I will try to answer all of them.
