All reddit links with the "/s/" in the middle (basically anything created with the share buttons on shreddit) contain tracking

There are a bunch of identical comments with the same emojis and everything in this thread. I was scrolling through and found the original which had 500 upvotes and was the top comment.

Just ridiculous.

I'm sorry, this is probably something totally stupid and right in front of me but I'm typically moderating on an Android phone and we used to be able to click the sub name with the arrow next to us to see the rules. Apparently that is no longer an option.

I tried viewing our sub as a non-mod from another account and I have no idea where the rules are. I don't want to admonish people for not following them when they aren't easy to find.

Can someone clue me in? Thanks!

Edit: I see now that they are behind an icon of I don't know what...I think it's a book? Is this really the best way to showcase our rules? We already have a hard enough time getting people to read them and IMO they should be extremely obvious and easy to find. I don't want pop-ups or anything like that, just for it to be clear where the rules are. Any suggestions for making that a thing? I don't have a ton of experience in this aspect of moderating.

I can report to bugs but wanted to see if I'm doing something wrong after a recent change? I reported the message for harassment but still wanted to respond. When I try, it just gets stuck on sending.

This is on Android. I haven't tried it on iOS or desktop but can when I'm home.

I guess what I'm asking is, could you dip into slightly similar types? I know there are no hard and fast rules but in the interest of discussion, I'm curious.

Like as a SC, I would not dare try to wear clothing best suited for a FN because it would be comically bad. But theoretically, could I maybe pull off some R styles?

I use erase-user a lot so it automatically mutes the banned user for 3 days so they can cool off and were less likely to deal with harassment. However today someone harassed me on my personal account to bypass the mute.

I reported the messages, but are they handled the same way as a report for modmail harassment? If reddit doesn't know they are harassing a mod for banning them, will it be taken less seriously, or...?

I'm trying to find good 90s-ish thrillers that have a similar vibe and are decent enough to watch. Any suggestions that I might find on one of the streaming services? I have everything except Hulu.

It's honestly insane. I don't understand why reddit doesn't have better defense against these things. It's like playing wack-a-mole trying to report them.

I’m not trying to be obtuse. My understanding is that mods are required to ensure NSFW tags are used for NSFW posts. Are there some circumstances where tags are not required, such as NSFW art? Thanks!
