I’ve never seen a Smokeshop 2 cd before does anyone have any info on it?

Cd player skipping, sled rail and gears suspected?
Plays cd in the beginning just fine, usually gets to around 1 minute mark. I cleaned the laser lens with IPA and let it dry. At the end of the video you see the big black gear move without moving the rail system, any advice on where I should move from here or a second opinion?
