What’s your favorite brush for your Lhasa? I’ve only had Dolly for about three days and I misplaced the brush I used to use for our 12 year old Lhasa.
I found an old Furminator brush I used to use before I discovered that they are terrible for basically all types of coats.
First pic is Dolly (four months old) and our 12 year old boy, Teddy. She is the sweetest little girl! An older woman bought her to breed but due to health issues had to give her up. Luckily we found her and brought her home yesterday! ❤️
We won’t breed her and didn’t even want her AKC papers. She is basically house broken and crate trained already. Although since it was her first night in a new place she got to sleep in the bed.
She already loves her big sister Chika the squirrel and rat hunter, and is following her around learning her ways.
My ego is so small and I am so humble and cool you can’t take how cool I am. Thoughts? Actually I don’t care what you gumbies think. Because I already know I am way cooler than you and you will never be as cool as me.
I was doing some gardening and found a pupae about 6-8 inches deep. It had a wriggly butt and I put it in a jar full of dirt to keep it safe and I was curious.
After a month or so it hatched today! It is a beautiful moth! I released it as soon as I snapped a few pics.
I live in Salt Lake City. Anyone know what it is?
I’ve been so worried I injured the pupae so I’m so happy it flew off to hopefully live a happy life!
I was going through old photos yesterday and found a pic of a viola I sold to a shop back east. They took photos of it for their website and this is what is shown.
I think I made this in 2009. Andrea Guarneri model if I remember right. Wish I had more photos of it! I haven’t touched my tools since packing them up in 2012 when I finally threw in the towel.
This is Señor Pickles! I rescued him in Hidalgo Mexico a couple of years ago. I’m thinking Chihuahua/Jack Russel? He is a good ratter although his sister Chika (also from Hidalgo) is the one that usually makes the kill.
He was found dumped at a concrete plant and ended up at Fiona’s Animal Rescue. I brought him and his other sister Mamacita back on the plane and it was a crazy experience to say the least. He escaped from his crate at the Monterey airport and then in Phoenix at the pet relief area through the fence before we boarded the next flight. Luckily he doesn’t run off anymore and he is my little sidekick.
I just came across this sub and thought I’d show everyone an old photo of my Alaskan Husky, Henry! He was my best friend for over 16 years and I still miss him to this day. He was about 9 months old in this pic.
I got him in Alaska from a misfit sled dog team. A musher in Alaska was going to shoot all the sled dogs and a river rafter friend of mine rescued all the dogs. One was pregnant and had three puppies. I saw him the day after he was born. I was feeding the dogs as a favor to my friend and he let me keep Henry!
