Im making my first fragrance and the only thing I added is pine sticks and pine needles, should I add cinnamon or tree resin?

Idk if it's called tree resin or just tree sap but I mean the sticky orange stuff from trees

Maybe I should turn to paganism?

I have 2 tshirts with an algiz rune on it because it are band tshirts, and I never really knew anything about paganism other than christians really disliking it, I used to be a christian myself and I really still love christians. (These are not the reasons I'm thinking about it and I was already thinking of it before I had the tshirts)
