Just picked these two up from a horrible situation

These two were posted on Facebook yesterday and it happened to pop up in my feed and I just had to do something. I already own two leos so I'm familiar with their care but this is my first gecko rescue. They were in that 20 gal tall fish tank together. Obviously one wasn't doing well competing for food. The guy said they're about 2 years old. The skinny one looks like a baby from stunted growth. I have them separated now and on paper towels for the time being. I plan on getting them to the vet as soon as possible. I hope I can get them healthy. I wasn't planning on getting more geckos so I only have one spare 40 gal enclosure, I'll have to use a smaller one for a little while until I can get it upgraded. They're safe now though and will get all the care they need.

Why are there no services for people in my situation

I'm not dying right this second to the ER can't help. The urgent cares won't handle anything more complicated than strep. It takes months to see my PCP and days to get a response through messages. So what do you do when you need some help? When you're going through a really horrible flare up and need to be seen or need some medication or something, there's nowhere to go. I'm so incredibly frustrated, I don't want to do this anymore.

**ETA- I probably should have included that I use the VA which is why seeing my pcp is so complicated. It's free though and I can't afford to pay for a different doctor. I haven't been able to work consistently in 4 years because of my illness so I'm kind of stuck. I also live in a rural area so my options just aren't great to begin with.

Wondering if I have B6 toxicity

So I have a couple diagnosed health issues like SVT and dysautonomia. Recently some of my symptoms have gotten worse. I deal with a lot of weird things like random shooting nerve pain, numbness in hands and feet, dizziness, muscle weakness, fatigue, and probably 100 other things. Now I know dysautonomia can do all of that but it has never felt like the whole picture to me. I've had a lot of tests run and they all come back normal. I stumbled on B6 toxicity today and it seems like it really could be contributing. I have been drinking electrolyte drinks and before that, energy drinks that all have B6 in them for almost 10 years. There's not much in them but if this really is cumulative then it's possible it's really having an impact. I'm not able to get a blood test to confirm but I will stop consuming any extra B6 and see how it goes. I know it can take a long time but it's worth trying.

Tests are always normal

I have diagnosed SVT and dysautonomia but I have symptoms that don't really line up with either of those that are debilitating. I haven't been able to hold a steady job in 4 years since I got COVID and developed these issues. I've had so much blood work done and several other tests and they're always normal. It makes me feel insane and I'm sure my doctor thinks I'm crazy too. Like I don't want to be sick. I don't want anything to be wrong with me. I want to work and be normal. But I'm so tired of not knowing what's going on and therefore not being able to treat it. We just did more blood work last week and I got the results and of course, nothing. Which yay, I don't have Addison's disease! But wtf is wrong then?? I'd hate to give up when it could be something that has some sort of treatment but damn, I don't know what else to do.

My new baby

Just picked up my first Green Cheek Conure. She's beautiful and so spunky. I've had birds before but nothing in the parrot family and I just love how much personality they have. Still working on a name but waiting until I get to know her a little more.

Upgraded tank, happy snake

I've had him in a 4x2x2 since I got him but the decor was lacking and I was having major issues with keeping the humidity up cause I didn't silicone the joints of the tank properly the first time. So I just took everything out and completely re-did the silicone, upgraded the substrate, added better hides and a water feature. I think he'll be much happier now. Anyway I just wanted to post a picture of his cute face.

My first quails are hatching!

I feel like a proud mom. I'm so excited! 3 have hatched, waiting on 9 more. I can see several pipped eggs.
