T212 Invest: Is reporting tax on accumulating funds simple?

To those who have actually had to do taxes on accumulating funds in their invest account, was it easy or did you have to do the whole thing where you work out what the dividend payments were for the fund by going into the fund documents, or did T212 make it easy with their end of year tax report? I don't know if it's best to put money in a distributing or accumulating fund.

Thanks

Selling a property in China and sending money back home (UK)

Hi,

I'm a UK citizen looking to sell my property in Shanghai and then send the money back home to the UK. Is anyone here familiar with the process? Looking to get a few pointers.

Thanks

Why is the Neo so well received?

M4 Airs are about the same price as the 512GB Neo. A far better laptop than the Neo, yet people here seem amazed by the Neo's value.

Even an older M2 and M3 Air is better bar the Neo's single core speed. Is it just the colors and the fact it's just a new product?

Taxable Invest Account, Dist. or Acc. Funds?

I currently have a S&S ISA so no worries with tax but now I'm looking at investing in T212's taxable Invest account I'd like to know the best practices for easy tax reporting.

For an all World ETF, is it better to choose an accumulating fund or a distributing fund and just manually reinvest? The latter seems easier for reporting dividend income, but I'm not sure.

And what about investing in individual stocks listed abroad like in the US or Europe, or elsewhere. Does T212 make it easy to input all the tax figures when it comes to the end of the year?

Thanks

Would like to know more about these carpets

A relative of mine bought these sometime in the 60s or 70s.

The first red carpet is approx. 2 meters x 1 meter. Reverse image searches come back as wool, either Persian, Iranian, or Afghan.

The second item is a pair of carpets. Each one about 2.5 meters long by 0.7 meters wide. Bought around the same time I think. Reverse image searches come back to it being from Mali.

If anyone could ID them further it would be great. We're also looking to sell so not sure what price to list them at. We were thinking about £150 for each item.

Thanks.
