If not then would buying it to the ms store makes it so it becomes tied with my microsoft account and make it so i can use it on another pc?

Most tutorials online will say to get a giftcard and buy minecraft, but they specify which giftcard , where to buy minecraft .
Apparently u can get in the microsoft store but i dont have it since i dont use windows.
Any help? Here are some things :
