Training with hand injury?

Are there people who have experience with hand injuries & weight training?

I have been suffering from an injury for months that prevents me from doing weight exercises with my hands.

So, I am looking for tips & advice from people who have alternative arm/back exercises to still build muscle.

Thanks in advance!

I up-cycled old toys from the 2000s, do you know people who would be interested in these types of keychains? :)

Need advice! Help me please

Hi I’ve been under a lot of stress lately due to a surgery and have a lack of sleep due to the recovery. I’ve been constantly picking my skin and acne due to all the stress. Every time it clears up or I see some bumps, it gets worse.

I’m so done and tired. My skin burns if I put anything on it. Help! How do I heal the skin on my face?

Do you have any advice on how to stop picking my skin? What sunscreen would you recommend?

Thank you!

Hoe met de bus reizen?

Hi!

What did your throat look like 1 month post op?

My throat still looks red with bumps in the tonsil holes, is this normal? The big meat flaps have shrunken though.

My advice for everyone getting a tonsillectomy

If you’re able to, stay 4 weeks at home for recovery.
I only started feeling like myself again after a full month of recovery.

2 weeks is the initial wound healing period, but you’re most likely to still feel extreme fatigue in weeks 3-4. I’ve heard lots of people talking about it, they feel like the recommended healing time is not enough.
The more you rest, the faster you’ll heal.

I’m 18 years old for instance, very healthy. I needed that full month. You can always go back sooner if you feel really well.

Good luck everyone 🍀

When did you do high pressure activities again?

Hi when could you do activities with high pressure like running, lifting weights, etc?

I’m on day 20 but still tempting whether it’s safe to do that or not… I’m still very tired and weak. Also because I had been laying in my bed for 5 months non-stop before this surgery, due to severe tonsil problems 😬

would love to hear some stories / experiences, thanks!

Strawberries taste acidic?

I’m almost 3 weeks post op and strawberries taste acidic??? They were my favourite food but now I don’t like them

Does anyone have tips for this? I’ve heard some people talk about zinc supplements, does that help?

Obviously not the end of the world lol but I’d love to treat myself on some nice tasting strawberries 🫣🤗

Hi is anyone else feeling extremely exhausted 2+ weeks post op?
