just some paintings i did for fun!

I wrote this and wanted to share cause I dunno - I’m sure lots of people can relate but when you’re in it and experiencing it without anyone else like you around - it’s hard not to feel alone & ashamed. So yah! That’s how I’m feeling! Don’t get me wrong - I still had a great time yesterday but there were also these feelings too. 🙃

I made this into a zine for anyone interested in nabbing this journal entry as a physical thing. 📚✨

a teeny rambly zine! i really wanted to write with pen & paper and this is what came out! 📝 i threw them in hello mail 💌 & i figure ill give them out in orders and at events too! ✨

my 1st 16 page comic took me like a month & a half to finish but i did it! 😬 i wanted to make a soft/quiet/asmr-type of comic. it's about a girl who gets tired of doom-scrolling and so decides to switch up her day with a yummy snack 🍉 & a sit outside! 🌞🌷🌈 it's this month's patreon reward & available in the shop! 💌

I finished my first mini puzzle from this brand and ITS GIVING ME CUTE AGGRESSION. They just got more in stock that I was eyeballing and I am definitely ordering more in a few weeks! The artist is Niniwanted and her website is KILLING ME. I want all her stufffff. (⁠╯⁠°⁠□⁠°⁠）⁠╯⁠︵⁠ ⁠┻⁠━⁠┻ I nabbed this one from Puzzledly and it is VERY nice quality! Especially compared to the cheaper ones I've been buying.

Wow, this was SUCH a dope experience! It was my second time ever tabling out-of-state and it was so cool. It was noce just being around other black creatives and obviously - being in NYC for the first time. It was a bit surreal.
