Somos una pareja que busca comprar casa para los próximos meses. Estamos viendo que nos pueden bonificar el ITP en la Comunidad de Madrid y donde buscamos casualmente cumple con los requisitos. La idea es comprar algo de 190.000 a 220.000 aprox, algo más o menos.

La duda es sobre la bonificación, ¿esta bonificación la percibimos mucho después de la compra? y con respecto a la ayuda del gobierno autonómico sobre el plan de Mi Primera Vivienda en la que ayudan a conseguir el 100%, ¿podría preguntar si esto afecta al tae/tin que ofrecerían los bancos?.

Estamos muy verdes, ni siquiera nuestros padres compraron nunca nada.

My company has recently started offering us ZED tickets after signing agreements with BA, Finnair, and a few other airlines.

Since this is my first time using ZED tickets, I have some questions:

Is it possible to end up not flying at all if flights are full, even after trying multiple departures? Or, if you don’t get a seat on one flight, do you get any kind of priority on the next one?

For example, let’s say I want to travel to Japan via Helsinki. Imagine I manage to get on the MAD–HEL flight because demand is not too high, but then I get bumped from the HEL–HND flight because it’s full. Is it possible to keep getting bumped from every subsequent HEL–HND flight and ultimately not make the trip at all?

I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences.

I’m having an issue with my UGREEN 100W charger. Out of nowhere, it no longer seems capable of delivering 100W.

I noticed it because it won’t even keep up with my ROG Ally Z1 Extreme while gaming in 25W mode. The battery slowly drains instead of charging.

I have no idea what caused this. I bought the charger about 2–3 months ago, and I’ve barely used it with the console. It was working fine before, but now it doesn’t seem to provide enough power.

Has anyone experienced something similar with a UGREEN charger? Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Hi colleagues:

I was wondering whether it is possible to request an invoice for a purchase made through Buyee, and whether such an invoice can be attached to a domestic shipment after purchasing goods within Japan via Buyee.

I need an invoice that includes a VAT number so that I can later ship the goods to my country and complete the customs export and import procedures. The idea is not to have just an online payment receipt, but rather proof that the goods and their taxes were paid under a company number.

If this is not possible, what exactly can Buyee provide in detail? For example, can they provide a packing list with prices and other related information?
