Knock sensor - hand tighten or torque to spec?

I'm replacing the knock sensor in my 2004 Honda Accord LX (2.4L). Spec calls for 23 ft. lbs. I don't have a torque wrench that goes that low. Can I get away with just going by feel (i.e. not crank on it hard but make sure it's snug)? The part was $150, so I don't want to damage it.

Southern neighbor here. Yes, there are still many here who have no issues with Canada and don't support Trump :)

I'm in the market for a new tool box for my garage. I'm looking for a metal box, preferably cantilever opening (but not a must). Looking to spend around $125 if that's doable. Thought I'd see what Canada has to offer. What reputable names can you recommend?
