Is it just me or everyone is focused only on making money these days, and it's ruining things?
I'm not fully blaming them, the economy is bad, jobs suck but it's like people are monetizing everything and things aren't fun anymore. Was it always like this?
Amul has got lactose intolerant people's back (literally? :P)
Now lactose free ice cream 🤔
What's a good alternative to Fast&Up?
Are there better options out there? Suggest variants and flavours too pls
How do you deal with working hard but not getting no appreciation at work?
I like this job, I want to keep it, I got a raise recently too but I know I'm underpaid. I've had worse jobs though and want to stick to this one. Thing is, they dump a lot of work on me and it feels so thankless. I just want some acknowledgement, not even appreciation yk? As always, your good work gets you more work. The people who clearly suck, who are complained about dont get fired or have no repercussions really, it's said that at least they're 'trying'. How do I deal with this? Do I dissociate somehow? I dont want to feel any emotion for this job really, I just want to do my work, get my salary and fuck off. How do i do that? Over the past year through therapy I have managed to not associate my worth to the work I do, but how do I deal with this need to be seen, and actually be seen beyond handling fires and cleaning up after useless people? I have ADHD, if I lose interest in this job, it's game over.
