Tired of portfolios that look the same. Every candidate looks perfect to me. How to differentiate? What signs to look for when interviewing a candidate? What questions should I ask that tells me about them instantly?

I’m kinda new to this job and struggling with selecting the best candidate for a graphic design role. What signs should I look for during interviews or what to ask them that proves they can be good for the company?

There’s this one extremely toxic person in my family and every time she raise her voice at me or say hurtful things, i start shaking very badly. First I feel anger and I want to reply back to her but instead of that, my face turns completely hot, body shakes very badly and my heart beats so fast it feels like it’s going to burst and in the end I start crying and crying feels very hard too because of shortness of breath.

I have moved to a different home now so I rarely see her but every time i hear some family fighting or someone raise their voice at me, i feel like my whole body is numb and i’m about to have a heart attack. My mother is very worried about me and she’s confused if I should go for therapy or to a cardiologist because my confidence has gotten very low and I have become very emotional and a sensitive person but at the same time it feels like my heart has become weak too.

What should I do?

Hello, I’m going through a family emergency (can’t tell due to personal reasons). I need Rs 1 lakh urgently and I can’t accept from anyone like that. I’m in my mid 20s and I find men in 30s very attractive. Am I weird for this? I just think they have a very unique personality, they dress well, they’re very calm and always smiling but also very intimidating so talking to them feels awkward. So I had a crush on this girl since last year and I was so happy when she finally asked me if she can kiss me like I was so happy and blushing so hard that my whole face turned red in front of her and then SHE KISSED ME, we were making out so good, she was so fast and aggressive like she took off my top and bra in a second and I didn’t even realize that I was half naked. All of it felt like a dream come true. The way she was holding me in her arms and kissing me made me so wet.

She was so busy in sucking my tongue and biting my neck area that it took her a minute to look at my bare chest and that’s when she stopped like I was very confused at her reaction.
