Im not that educated on peptides and whatnot but ive been looking up GHKCU for the skin benefits. People seem to swear by it.

How does one go about researching reputable vendors? I hear a lot of what is sold is pretty sketchy and often contain more/less than what it is listed as. Heavy metals and other contaminants are also a risk. Thoughts about this?

My wife and her mom are going on a trip to see her family and whatnot. I have 5 days by myself. I don't have kids but i have a dog. It's pretty great that I have time by myself but im kind of at a loss of what i should do in those 5 days of freedom.
