Just watched the music video for BLACK for the first time in a while and.. Is this Curry Barker??

He’s not credited in the description, but neither are the other ‘actors’ from what I saw, just the dancers. His face is shown for just a split second so it was hard to even get this screen grab!

Did some searching and couldn’t find anything confirming it, but if that’s not Curry Barker, dude should consider playing up how much he looks like Curry with all the attention he’s getting right now xD

Juniper is a female dog looking for a rescue, foster, or adopter who can provide the specialized medical care and support she needs.

Juniper has severe, generalized orthopedic abnormalities affecting her entire skeleton. She has significantly decreased bone density, deformities of all four limbs, and changes to multiple joints that limit her ability to fully extend her legs and move comfortably. In addition, she has abnormalities of her spine, including evidence of previous injuries in her lumbar vertebrae.

Juniper will need a comprehensive orthopedic evaluation to determine the underlying cause of her condition and to develop the most appropriate treatment and long-term management plan. She would benefit from a stable environment where she can receive continued veterinary care, pain management as needed, and support for her mobility.

Please consider sharing Juniper's information to help her find a rescue, foster, or adopter who can provide the specialized care she needs.

Juniper is at risk for euthanasia due to her medical needs. If you are interested in helping Juniper, please email dasadopt@dallas.gov with your contact information so we can call you back.

Shelter Observation

7/28: hesitant to walk, lays down

7/29: Visited Juniper at the kennel. She was scared, timid, and cowered at the back of her kennel when approached. I was able to leash her, though she was very hesitant throughout the process. Once leashed, she was unwilling to walk on the leash.

Despite being fearful, Juniper was very sweet. She allowed me to pet her and interact with her. She remained gentle and tolerant during handling but appeared very nervous and unsure of her surroundings.

Truly my dog’s favorite podcast. She couldn’t go to sleep without it, including last night as she crossed the rainbow bridge

Elsa came into our home in July 2024, at 11.5 years old. By then, my husband and I were already deep into a habit of going to sleep to Distractible. One night, while I was staying the night at my sister’s and had Elsa with me, I got settled in to sleep and chose rain sounds instead of a podcast. Elsa was restless for 30+ minutes and I couldn’t figure out why, because she’d been begging me to move to bed once we hit her normal bedtime. At some point the idea dawned on me to try putting on Distractible, and sure enough, she immediately hopped into bed with me, snuggled into her blanket and went happily to sleep.

I tested this on a few other occasions when she was with me on overnight trips, and every time it held true: she would not go to sleep without Distractible. It was no longer just a routine of mine and my husband’s, but clearly hers as well.

Last night, we had to make the difficult decision to put Elsa down after some ongoing health issues took a drastic decline… As we waited for family to arrive to be with us to give her the final medication, and after they’d given her a mild sedative so she could finally relax, we played Distractible for her again. One last time I got to hear her drift off to sleep and start loudly snoring as Mark, Bob and Wade’s voices comforted her and let her know it was time to sleep.

In every intro where one of the guys says distractible is [insert person here]’s favorite podcast, I’ll think of Elsa, and how it truly was hers.

Elsa crossed the rainbow bridge last night and I miss her with my entire being

I wish I could add 100 more pictures of her happy moments these last 2 years…

Elsa came into our home at 11.5 years old from a neglect situation. That was July of 2024. Last night, July 11th, she cross the rainbow bridge as I sang to her, surrounded by love and family.

I don’t know how to get through this moment. For the last two years she was my shadow, always at my heel. I miss her so much it hurts and it’s barely been 12 hours…

ETA: I’ve read every single comment with my husband, and each and every one has brought us comfort. We had very little knowledge of the breed when we brought Elsa home, and I’m so thankful to have found this community. I thought I may have to mute this sub for a while because seeing others Bostons might make me too sad, but I’m so glad I didn’t because each post I see reminds me how wonderful they are, and how blessed we were with our girl. Thank you so much for the wonderful resource this sub has been throughout the time we had her, and now that we’re missing her 🖤🤍🖤

Got 2 snakes running around the property

Seems like a rat snake. Should I be worring? I’m in the garden all the time. Woodland area.
