I’ve been using graza’s drizzle for years but want something more punchy with a stronger olive flavor. I know single origin and early harvest are good indicators but are there any brands you’ve found that consistently nail it?
I’m in the US and have had eggs in the fridge for about two months, maybe a few weeks more than that. I hard-boiled them and two had discoloration like in the picture but smelled fine. I threw them out and just had half of a normal looking one. It tasted fine but I’m still skeptical. Would you eat these or should I just toss them?

I’m staying near Valle de Bravo, Mexico and dealing with some gnarly food poisoning. One of the staff where I’m staying offered to make me “te agrio” and it was this with hot water. As the name states it is EXTREMELY bitter. I could only manage a couple sips before it came back up and it left a crazy mouthfeel that required several rounds of teeth brushing to get rid of. Who is she?
