Comparing Direct Job Offer to ZZP Work

Is there a good equation and/or method for comparing ZZP work and income to normal direct employment?

I have been working for a company for a few months as ZZP, but now they want to bring me in as a direct employee.

The issue I have is if you look at it purely at a take home income level, I currently make more working 3 days a week for them as ZZP than I would if I worked 4 days per week for them directly.

I asked them for the equivalent of €1,50 more per hour, which doesn't close the gap mentioned above, but after some research seemed fair. However, they would like to meet to discuss this now. The other benefits (vacation, pension, and such) seem fairly standard for normal full-time employment.

The one possibly non-standard thing was that they're willing to do the travel reimbursement for my entire commute, which is quite long, with no km cap. Since I take mass transit, this ends up being a nice little bonus. Still, without a higher hourly rate I still might be better off working closer to home.

Is there a good way to compare apples to oranges in this situation?

Fast food restaurants with Miracle Whip?

So my Dutch friend has never had Miracle Whip, so I thought maybe I would bring him back some of these packets since I don’t want to buy a whole jar and have him hate it.

Does anyone know of any restaurants that have these? I would buy lunch there, so it really wouldn’t be stealing.

Thanks!

Working for Bastion Hotels?

So I was offered a night receptionist \ night porter job at a Bastion Hotel. I’ve done this type of work before at higher end hotels where the work is much more administrative and/or focused on the guest experience.

This particular Bastion hotel is quite convenient to my house, but the job is much more about cleaning and cooking for breakfast than my previous jobs. The night person doesn’t even have access to the computer system apparently.

So I am really inclined to turn down this job, but I’m wondering if maybe Bastion is a good company to work for with lots of opportunities. The job itself seems dull, but maybe the externals of working for Bastion make up for it?

If anyone has any perspective to share, I’d appreciate it. Thanks.

TLDR: Where to go from Thessaloniki? 8 night trip in July.

So I have been to many places in Greece before. Pretty much all of the major cruise ship destinations plus Aegina, Naxos, and Paros.

For my upcoming trip in July, I am going with someone who has never been to Greece before and I booked our flights to/from Thessaloniki. I am looking into various ferry and train options, and now I am worried that I made a mistake. The train website said the train is not bookable and some of the ferry schedules seem like they aren't available yet.

Can someone help provide some guidance? I am thinking that the first night and the last night need to be in Thessaloniki, but the middle six nights are open. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

The second photo shows near the bottom of where the window and brick meet. Third photo shows higher up. This window and wall are four floors high.

Birds are now nesting in the gap behind the brick.
