Putting street or supermoto slick road tires on aprilia tuareg

I pretty much only ride my tuareg on roads, occasionally riding on the gravel/rock road at my neighborhood marina. Would the small jagged rocks at my marina be a problem if i had slick street tires or supermoto tires on my Tuareg? Also would i need to get a wider front wheel and tire to make a noticeable difference in stability/ cornering?

Do fatter/flatter street bike tires give you a noticeable increase in your feeling of stability at low speed?

Edit: after searching thru alot of reviews i think what i want is something like the dunlop trailmax mission or the dunlop trailmax raid. Chat gpt suggested the missions bc i asked it for the flattest 50/50 adv tire i could get bc i wanted that stability from a tire that was flat in the center of the treads.

Do any of you guys think one is better than the other (mission vs raid)?

Are adv bikes more bomb proof than sport bikes?

One of the reasons i became obsessed with motorcycles was bc they are built like tanks and you could drop a dirt bike or adv bikes from a first story balcony and unless it landed at a really unlucky angle you could most likely ride away as if nothing happened.

Try that same drop with a car and the bitch is totaled. I always loved how bikes were kind of like ww2 jeep wranglers that way; you could put them through almost anything and they would keep charging like rosie odonnell chasing an ice cream truck. And as far as motorcycles go, adv bikes seem to be built just as bomb proof as dirtbikes which is awesome bc i own a tuareg 660.

Street bikes in the grand scheme of things are still very durable and much more durable than cars but as far as i understand they arent as nuclear as dirt bikes or adv bikes.

Its also kind of cool how you can mount crash bars all over your adv bike to protect it from drops or small crashes. Its almost like a video game where you can upgrade your characters armor to boost your defense stats. My tuareg came with crash bars when i bought it and i was impressed how rigidly they were attached to the frame. I cant make them wiggle or flex at all. Not even a millimeter. It makes the bike seem indestructible. Everything about my tuareg is tight (touight) like a tiger. There are no pussy ass crumple zones like in a car. Its like a solid indestructible cannonball you built out of legos as a kid just for the purpose of being able to drop it or throw against a wall without it breaking into 1000 pieces.

Are sport bikes as durable as dirt bikes and adv bikes? Or are they the massive gapers of the motorcycle industry?

When did moto manufacturers start using the engine as a stressed member?

I think its a wonderful idea and i give props to whoever dreamt up the image of the very rigid engine casing being attached very tightly to the surrounding frame as opposed to having the engine just float in the middle of the frame with weak attachments. Do dirtbikes used their engines as stressed members these days like adv bikes and sport bikes?

Is the klr 650 really top heavy?

I think its a pretty bike but i sat on one in a dealership and i with the 34.5 inch seat height and slippery floor i couldnt even lift the bike off of its kick stand. The absolute weight of the klr 650 just seemed way too heavy to manage. I dont think i could even lift it if i dropped it.

My methadone clinic has taken a turn for the worse

The methadone clinic i have been going to for 10 years has replaced almost all the staff that were there 3 years ago and now the staff and my counselor take their job WAY too seriously. Every time i see my counselor he asks me “so whats going on man?”, and i answer that nothing has changed, im still working and skateboarding and playing tennis and day trading and taking care of my mom. After i tell him that, he waits about 30 seconds and then he says to me “so whats going on man?” as if he didnt believe what i told him the first time, as if i was going to incriminate myself by giving him a different answer than i gave him 30 seconds ago. I dont understand how my counselor would take his job so seriously that his pleasure in his job is to give his patients an interrogation every time they see him. Im actually doing just fine. I havent tested positive for anything in like 10 years and im not selling or abusing any of the drugs of which i have a prescription. I just cant believe my counselor would have the gall to ask me the same question 30 seconds after i answered his question the first time, as if im trying to hide something from him.

Moral of the story, some jobs require more seriousness than other jobs. Giving a methadone patient homework assignments about triggers and warnings and recovery goals and aspirations blah blah blah, is just way way WAY more serious than the situation calls for.

If a methadone patient is doing fine there is no reason to play interrogation games.

Its actually so bad that (whether you believe me or not) i think my counselor might have some sort of major intellectual insecurity where he assumes he is mentally superior to his clients because we are the degenerate guilty scum who need methadone and he is the enlightened innocent angel on high because he is sober and only abuses caffeine.

Pls let this thread stay posted here, bc i think my plight with my “y so serious?” counselor/methadone clinic mirrors the plight of pain mgmt patients against the DEA children who act like they know better than responsible board certified pain mgmt doctors who understand that some patients truly do need massive amounts of painkillers to live healthy lives.

Keep it real frens, keep it real.

Is there a way to get a galil ace 16” rifle in 7.62x39 in maryland?

I think the galil ace is an excellent representation of the excellence of Israeli engineering and it shows what they are capable of as a country. Most jews in america voted for kamala. They can get fucked afaic but as far as israelis go they are based and conservative.

I always judge a countries worth by the excellence of their engineering, and as far as israel goes, the galil ace affords/demands a huge amount of self respect for their country.

I would like to own a galil ace gen 2 in 7.62x39 in md but at the moment i am blocked from being able go do so bc of the ass clowns in the government and ATF tools who want to ban everything.

If you had a 30 round mag of high energy 9mm and you dumped most of it into a grizzly bears face..

Would it run away or would it still fuck with you? I know most fudds will say 9mm is not energetic enough but i think if you were a good marksman and you had a ghm9 sport with a 16 inch barrel and you dumped 20-25 rounds into a brown bears face it would eventually “nope” and fuck off away from the pain.

If i go on a real trip into grizzly territory with friends i would probably get serious and get a galil ace in 762x39 but i was just wondering if a 30 rd mag out of a ghm9 sport would be good enough to be a team player with my friends and fuck up a grizzly that charged us.

If you are about to land 90/270/450/630… off a jump onto the snow and shitwhip yourself….

Is it better to just go limp? Or is it better to try to absorb some of the energy with stiff legs? Im inclined to think going limp is better, because landing sideways with stiff legs will create a fucking huge torque sending your head straight into the snow. Thats why they call it shitwhip. You want to avoid the whipping effect. Idk what do you guys think?

Why are Tuaregs so reliable?

Sifting through a very large number of reviews/videos/posts about aprilias and tuaregs ive come to the conclusion that the tuareg is on avg more reliable than the typical aprilia. Is it because it started recently with a blank slate? Has aprilia reliability just gotten better across the board? Some ppl have issues on their tuaregs but the gist ive gotten is that aprilias QC is a bit sketchy so a lemon gets let out of tge factory every once in a while. Anecdotally I have a 24 tuareg and it hasnt had a single issue. Not one.
