i ordered a pair of adidas evo zero sl on 17th of May 2026 and opted for the fastest shipping option and on the app it is showing that the estimated shipping date was 17th may 2026 also the app shows that the pick up is scheduled but on clicking it it shows that the shoes are out for delivery. i message daily to the chatbot and it says that no order was found on this number which is completely false as I whatsapp it with the number which i used for registering. i used the tracking I'd on xpress bees website also but they also aren't showing any details. I WANT A PROPER COMMUNICATION ABOUT MY ORDERS AS THIS THING COSTED ME 13000 RUPEES AND WANT A FAST DELIVERY.
