Indians as a group is a large number of English speaking eyeballs, easy for low level media to rage bait and get shares and views. However if you come across something, there may be an opportunity to learn something about the culture of the other people. Indian media also has an obsession with west. Best to focus on your work and upskilling and being a good citizen wherever you live. Also if you hold a passport of a country (other than India), personally I feel you should take interest in locally loved sports and support the national team over your resident country even if they are playing India.

Where to go and what to see?

I will be working so have mostly 4 free weekends and some time in the weekdays.

Happy to do weekend trips and day trips. I will go to Bali for 2 weeks after.
