About “the test”

These online quizzes lowkey bother me, like you’re just letting a bunch of random questions decide who you are and your origin without really knowing you. Like if you’re taking it just for personal fun, just take it and don’t bother listening to the results. But actually taking it seriously isn‘t the best idea. Posting it here is just clutter that doesn’t tell us anything about yourself or contribute to the community in any way.

Thoughts on a poker mana system?

Basically, at the start of each turn, players draw 1 normal card and 2 poker cards. You then use poker cards to make poker hands to pay the mana costs for cards. In addition to the standard poker hands, there will be other hand types, such as "2 squares" or "3 aces". Poker decks would be 48 cards, with 2 copies of each card shown in the image. There will likely be many cards that allow you to search and draw from the poker deck. Does this sound too rng dependent?

Is there any way to see the now-removed like/dislike counter?

A lot of people are complaining about youtube studio removing the like/dislike counter next to videos because it's hard to tell at a glance which videos you like. However, Sometimes I can never tell how many likes my videos have, period. Shorts hides the like counter for a little bit after uploading, and in studio you can only see the ratio between likes and dislikes. Is there anywhere that shows the actual numbers? Thanks!

You don't have to stay in character.

Heya! Although I am not based on anything as an alter, I did still play a character to feel "different" from everyone else. I talked more formally, tried to be kinda "mysterious", and acted as though I were better than everyone else. And honestly? All of that was pretty damn tiring. Only a couple months ago did I start breaking character, and it just felt... good.

I've seen a lot of people here saying that they don't feel like their source, or that they feel like they are faking who they are. Honestly, just try and be yourself. Don't ever think "I'm X, so I should be doing this", just do what comes naturally. Artificially acting a different way only makes feelings of faking worse.

Why is validation such a big deal around here?

I feel like half of the posts here are just about fakeclaiming, asking ”is this real”, and such. Why? There is so much to talk about with plurality, yet everyone seems to be hyper fixated on validating themselves to others. Who cares what others think about you? Who cares if you’re traumagenic, endogenic, or anything else? Just live your damn life. Not like anyone can stop you from being plural. People on the internet don’t really listen to the other side anyways.
