Fixing the Tripod on the square Omni

Edit: to clarify this is not my stand. Mine leaned back but not this much. I did buy the same setup with the TPU case and stand. and am happy. seems like this person made the switch as well.

So i commented about this on another thread but thought it warranted its own post. There has been some omnis (mine included) that lean backwards due the way the tripod is designed. It effected my alignment stick recognition and club data. This other guy who posted about it on FB in the attached picture had a crazy amount of lean on his!

Anyway. I bought the bundle from Clairesprints.com initially because I wanted the base to fix my tripod but the case is really nice and seems like the right amount of protection given how robust the Omni is. The guy in this post seems to have switched to the same case from the metal one he originally bought (which seems overbuilt and unnecessary to me - not sure if there was a reason he bought the TPU case in addition to the metal one)

It all worked and I am super happy. I am getting more accurate and better data. I'm not sure if carry and launch angle have changed that much but my club data and missed shots all seem way better. I love the Omni. this fixed its one frustrating quirk.

Colorado psychedelic retreat for the curious rather than those looking to heal?

I live in Colorado so there Are options near me. Mostly I'm curious about psychedelic trips.. I have my issues like everyone but I am pretty well Adjusted. Not anxious or depressed - just curious

I'm not trying to heal anything in particular but it just seems like an opportunity to explore something different. Most places seem to market toward "fixing" rather than offering the right place/setting for 1-4 days of curious exploration. . I'm also not super into ceremonial/religeosity type framing.

Zero judgement for those that are on that kind of journey, I just would like a a setting designed more around disconnecting And exploring.

I've read michael pollans book.(Years ago out of curiosity)vListen to Sam Harris regularly and ready to give it a try. Any advice would be helpful.

Pruning an awkward major branch/trunk on purple smoke

I need to prune this trunk it's become only a liability for this tree and I'm worried it will eventually cause it to split. But because of the weird angle and low fork I am really not sure what to do with it.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Vine reviewers? why do you never reach out to the companies you review like normal customers?

I keep getting negative or mediocre reviews on products because people take a product that either doesnt fit their needs, or they dont even need and then they complain when it doesnt do what they imagined it was supposed to do. Or they complain about a thing that is 100% covered by the products waranty. It seems to be a combination of things but it seems the pressure to review enough products to meet the goals ahs people not really paying attention to what they are doing.

Hands down the most asinine, dense and easiest to address complaints I have ever gotten have all been from vine reviewers. and I cant contact them to hold their hands through how to screw in the light bulb. not all of us are chinese white label companies. some of us are small businesses with actual customer support. I have one product with a 0.5% return rate and all 5 star reviews except for two vine customers. Anothr where they reviewed the entirely wrong product and yet another where they say in their review "this is an accessory for a different product than I have but I hoped it would fit. it doesnt fit but seems to be decent quality. three stars.

So done. the inability to actually provide customer supprot and the ever decreasing quality of the customers in the vine program has me over it.

Ok rant over. thanks for coming to my ted talk. LOL

Kitting and freight forwarding

I have sourced raw good and supplies from china for a while but never had a product packaged there, not have I had a dedicated freight forwarder. I'm having a product developed right now that will require 4 different suppliers all in the Guangdong area and would like to find a company that can kit the products into the packaging and do the freight forwarding.

Anyone have experience with this?
