Proper mixing technique question (when making a new batch)

I whipped up a new batch and usually I pour the starter in first followed by the sweet tea, which, in my mind, mixes it up really well simply by the action of pouring a mass of liquid tea over and into a smaller amount of starter. But what if it's the opposite? If you have the sweet tea already in the vessel, and you just pour the starter in and you don't actively mix it. Curious about how much less effective the latter is than the former.

[WTB] Gold hoop earrings 14-18k

Hi, interested in a pair of gold hoop earrings a little over 1 inch in diameter. The lighter the better, but nothing under 14k. Simple design, flat metal loop, not cylindrical if possible. Thanks .

Too tired to bottle and brew went to 3.0pH even 2.5 possibly. Problematic?

I tasted my batch and it's pretty acidic ... what a throat kick! Test strips are registering pH at 3.0 or maybe 2.5 even. Can I bottle it up at this acidity with some sugar or should I chuck half of it and add 50% more sweet tea and set the clock back and buy myself more time?

airlock system for this batch of cucumbers and tomatillos but there is leakage coming out under the airlock. Should I release or unscrew the cap a little but then oxygen will get in? will that ruin it? seems to be really healthy

I like the 1/200ths like Egyptian scarab or Day of the Dead small gold that MPM makes and sells for $37 I think. I'm looking to pay $30 plus shipping. I've seen other designs as well like Xmas snowmen. It's important they come in a capsule that's larger than the diameter of the gold itself. Thanks!
