So we are over 40, yes? Lol. Many of us menopausal or perimenopausal (or close to it) at this stage? I'm sure that most of us deal with constipation or uneasy bowel movements on this med. I try to manage best I can, but some days are still difficult. Well... I started vaginal estradiol this past Sunday, and somehow... I've had very easy BMs every single day this week. Is this all in my head?! Completely coincidental? Is there any noted correlation at all? Obviously the two areas are quite close together. Just wondering if any of you have noticed something like this? Editing to say that... I've been on the med since May 2025, so quite a while, and constipation has always been an issue. Highly unlikely that it just decided to go away this week, especially since I'm on a relatively new dose.

I'm from Phoenix. Looking to make a move in possibly January. I'd very likely stay away from downtown but what about university district or fashion valley? Should I stay up north? I'm concerned about parking more than anything and traffic.
