How to handle abnormal labs

We treat E coli with UV . We generally average non detectable to 10 mpn / 100 ml.

A high sample would be 50ish.

After a modest rain event we popped a 11,200 . We got results on Friday afternoon. Lab was closed.

Hoping for a typo .

We usually handle twice the flow we recorded just fine.

Not sure how to handle.

Septage accepting

Im currently operating a 1.64 mgd rated activated sludge plant. We run 2 aeration basins ( 814,636 gallons total. ) last years daily average flow was just over 1mgd

The new administration is looking at accepting septage as a revenue stream.

I told them they should look into a septage accepting station and install it near the plant.

Also consider of the amount of septage the plant could handle. ( is this investment worth it )

I've tried to get them to understand our hydraulic capacity and organic capacity are two completely different numbers.

So now I've been tasked with figuring out what amount of organics we could handle .

Average this year so far is 875 lbs of cbod a day , total suspended solids 1007 pounds per day.

I have no clue how to figure what septage numbers at.

Looking for some wisdom on navigating this situation

Husqvarna z254f blades wont engage

My son was mowing yesterday and he said the blades shut off while mowing. He came and parked it. Then it wouldn't start.

I disabled the seat safety interlock thinking it was bad, still not starting.

I decided to jump it from the battery to the start just to make sure it would fire . It started , i drove it to the barn . Blades still didn't engage.

Belt is on and spindles are free . Guessing its still some sort of saftey.

Anyone have some advice. ?

Home addition advice

We're budgeting for a much needed home addition. We originally layed out a 16x32 build on the end of our current home. My brother is telling me I should drop it to 16x24 and put it over a basement. ( current structure is on a unfinished basement thats used for dwelling. ) price essentially off sets according to him

Addition will be a master bedroom bathroom and closet and an small office.

Idea would be to put the office down stairs if we go with a basement.

Looking for some outside input

Basket case advice

My father was a motocross enthusiast growing up. I rode but never got into it as much he wanted. He was a master mechanic. Could fix and build anything. He picked up a 2004 crf150f fully disassembled and dreamed of building it with my son.

Unfortunately he fell ill and recently passed away. My son is 14 and wanted to try to put this bike together.

I have absolutely zero knowledge of building a bike and he has less than me .

I have 4 totes full of parts bolts plastics ect... is there any possible way we have a chance of doing this.

Is there any kind of ground up guide for assembly .

AC pressure switch or low freeon

My wife's 2015 camry has a AC thats intermittent.

Over the weekend I drove it a lot and the AC blew cold both days.

Today on her way home it was blowing warm. She stopped at the grocery then It blew cold . I've read that low refrigerant can make the pressure switchs stop your compressor. But I've also read your pressure switch coukd just be faulty.

In what order can I test to make sure im not wasting money.

Thank you all in advance

Accepting landfill runoff?

I large city is asking us, a much smaller village if we would take landfill runoff and essentially dispose of it for them. They will pay $0.10 a gallon They also have to truck it 75 miles .

Im hesitant to accept it.

Looking for opinions. We're 1.5 mgd plant that averages .8 mgd. We struggle with I&I during the rainy season

This is an old anaconda 20‐10 control cable. I dont understand the 20-10.

Its appears to be 5 conductor 10 AWG . It also has a plastic core for structure im assuming.

I need 1000 feet to run between a few wells for a municipal water system.

Will be ran over head on existing utility poles. The existing cable was damaged by a tree falling
