Does anyone know any good songs which have lyrics in Japanese dialects like the Kansai dialect, or just heavily accented Japanese in general? I’m curious what they’d sound like.

If anyone knows the character Minatogawa Tamami from the JP visual novel もしも明日が晴れならば, I’m looking for songs which have lyrics sung in a way similar to how she speaks.
(I doubt anyone would know this character here but I’m saying this just in case)

Office chair recommendations for my requirements?

Hello, I’m looking for an office chair which has the following requirements (budget = £1500):

- available in England
- a chair that isn’t too big and fits a smaller-sized desk (width of the desk = 73cm)
- good build quality
- a chair which doesn’t punish you for bad posture and is good for relaxation as well as productivity
- a seat which isn’t too firm (preferably not mesh seating too)
- a lumbar support which doesn’t feel like it digs into the back. Preferably a chair where you can adjust the intensity of the lumbar support.

(My height is around 180cm.)

Please note that I have already tried the Aeron, Embody and Leap V2 and didn’t like them. (In other words, I’m finding it really hard to find a chair which I can comfortably and naturally sit in)

Help with armrests on the IKEA ALEFJÄLL chair

Hello, the armrests on my Ikea chair are making a weird creaking sound if I either put weight onto the armrest with my elbow, or move my elbows around a little on the armrest while my elbows are pressed down. The video below shows what it sounds like. Does anyone know any fixes?

Question about monitors and VN reading

Is there any point in getting a monitor above 120Hz for VN reading, or can most VNs be at top quality with the 120Hz refresh rate?
I’m asking this because I’m searching for good 27 inch eye-care monitors for reading, but most of them seem to have lower refresh rates.

Question about Muvluv Extra

Hello! I’ve just finished reading Meiya’s route in Muvluv Extra! Will the other routes take around 3-4 hours each if I don’t skip any choices for each heroine?

I normally wouldn’t be concerned about length, but I’m trying to 100% Extra, Unlimited and Alternative in 2 months, so I feel like knowing the length is important for me.

How can I tell if the light in my room is too bright? Are there any common eye symptons which occur with lights that are too bright?

I ask this because my eyes hurt a little when looking at my screen at night or when my blinds are down. However, when I let daylight into my room, my eyes hurt significantly less.

Note: the light I have in my room has a slightly warm temperature.

Recommendations for 120hz+ 27” 4K / 1440p IPS monitors for eye comfort?

I tried the Gigabyte M27UP and had to return it because of how much it hurt my eyes. Does anyone have any recommendations for any alternatives fitting the requirements listed above?

(Preferably monitors with good anti-glare measures, eg matte screens)

Gigabyte M27UP giving me eye strain. I’d like some help please.

Hello, I’ve tried using Gigabyte M27UP in a low-light room on the lowest brightness and contrast settings, with warm colour temperature. I have also positioned my monitor within an arm’s length of my body. However, the monitor still hurts my eyes (my main use for the monitor is text-based gaming / reading / language learning). Does anyone have any advice?

If this is simply a problem with the monitor itself and not with how I’m using it, could someone please recommend me a monitor which has less likelihood for eye strain for my uses?

Requirements are:

- 1440p at least. 27 inch. 120+ Hz

- good text clarity - IPS panel

- a stand which saves desk space

- Good range of height adjustability

- Under £500 if possible

Monitor suggestions with the following requirements

Hello! I’m looking for a monitor with the following requirements:

- really good display / colour quality

- a lack of reflectivity like the Lenovo R27QE has. Non-OLED.

- a screen size of 27”

- good text clarity (very important for my uses)

- a refresh rate of at least 120hz

- a stand which doesn’t take up much desk space

I’ve looked into the Dell U2724D so far due to it fitting all these requirements. I’d like to know if there are any alternatives to this monitor which are better. My budget is £500. Thank you!

Texthooking issue when trying to run Moshimo Ashita ga Hare Naraba's trial version in Japanese.

My problem is that all the text in the previous textbox and the text in the current textbox are both being copied to my clipboard. What can I do to fix this?

(The text underlined in red is the text from the previous textbox).

OCR A Level Geography Paper 3 question

Hi! Good luck to everyone who has the hell that is Geographical Debates tomorrow! I’ve got it on the same day as OCR A Level Physics Paper 3 which makes me so happy!!

How is everyone going to do the paper in terms of timings? I’m probably going to do:

- the first hour spent on the 2x 3 markers, 2x 6 markers and 2x 12 markers

- the next hour and a half spent on the 2 33-markers, spending a maximum of 45 minutes on each one.

I can’t really decide if I should do the essays first or last. I usually like doing them last because I’m warmed up for everything once I get to them. What is everyone else going to do?

Is my displayport cable faulty?

When plugged into my graphics card, my HDMI cable works perfectly. However, when I plug my displayport cable in, the monitor glitches out. Sometimes, no display happens at all. Other times, the screen turns on and then flickers on and off.

Is this due to a faulty cable?

Oddly enough, I used my displayport cable on my motherboard with my monitor for around 2 years yet it always worked perfectly.

I then disconnected the monitor from my desktop PC and used it with my other laptop with an HDMI cable. After that, the displayport cable suddenly stopped working with my desktop PC’s motherboard and doesn’t work with any of my graphics card’s displayport slots.
