PMS Struggles

As the title says, I’ve been struggling with a few cycles where the PMS is harsher than usual. it’s not something predictable as some months will go by with no symptoms but some months like right now I will get unusually low mood along with insane hunger at all hours. I was wondering if any of you also have the food noise down except that week before your period where you can eat the house down 😔 really makes u feel demotivated

I’ve found that there are many brand recommendations here for large cup sizes (I’ve gone from 34H to 34G so it’s somewhere there) but they seem to mostly be European brands and I shudder to imagine the shipping cost to buy an already expensive bra. From my cursory survey I’ve found Neubodi and Xixili which have stores near me, but I simply NEED to know if anybody knows of a reliable Asian bra brand!

Sorry for the long post but this is me confessing my love for electric toothbrushes.

As a kid I didn’t care much for dental hygiene and only brushed my teeth in the morning at light speed. The only reason I’ve never gotten a cavity is pure luck I think, as some people r just more predisposed to them. however the other day I saw a post about ‘ADHD Tax’ where you buy something that has been invaluable in keeping u in a routine and electric toothbrush has helped me TREMENDOUSLY w my dental hygiene. I bought one out of curiosity and I’m still astounded at how it has made me pay more attention to my dental hygiene.

Now here’s how it helps my ADHD: it has a timer that makes sure you brush your teeth for the full 2 minutes w half a minute for each quadrant. In the morning I can focus on washing my body with one hand while my other hand brushes my teeth mindlessly. I can’t do that w a manual toothbrush! this saves me time so I can make sure my work bag is packed. the time saving might be small but my teeth sure are clean!

I’ve been using the eye cream and while my under eye loves them, I’ve also been using in the crows feet area (assuming that’s where retinal can help in prevention) but the area is kind of itchy and dry. has anyone experienced anything like this?

I’ve suffered from food noise since 2021, with 2025 being my worst year perhaps. It was also 2025 that I learned of the term ‘food noise’ from either this sub or another GLP sub. Today I came across this NYT article about it and how it has barely been studied but it’s SO reassuring to know that it’s a real thing.

What intrigued me the most is the theory of ‘set point’. The article states, “It says that each person has a weight their body naturally gravitates toward — their set point. It can change over a person’s lifetime. For some, the set point may malfunction, reaching such a high level that a person’s health is affected by excess weight. […] Any time a person tries to get their weight much below their set point, researchers have observed, food noise will kick in.”

They also compare GLP-1s to Aspirin in the sense that they’ll cure the symptom but not the cause, but I guess we should be happy we even have something as groundbreaking as GLP-1s right now. I found this article very interesting and thought u guys might like to read it!

I have combo oily skin: my face is generally dry and my T-zone gets oily fast. I went for a facial and my esthetician said my T-zone is dehydrated which I’ve kinda gathered due to how it’s been acting.

I use the Klairs Vit C PDRN toner and Illiyoon gel moisturizer (great for hot n humid weather) for the AM, then the Swimming Pool toner (it’s finishing soon n I’m going back to my HG Glow Recipe toner) and same moisturizer for the PM.

I’m hoping to ask this sub if anyone has product suggestions that’ll be enough to hydrate without clogging the pores further. Thank you!

As the title says, I have combo oily skin: my face is generally dry in the sense that if I leave my skin be after washing it, it takes maybe a minute until my skin is totally dry. However, my T-zone gets oily fast and my nose is easily filled w sebaceous filaments while my forehead recently has whitehead bumps. I went for a facial and my esthetician said my T-zone is dehydrated which I’ve kinda gathered due to how it’s been acting.

I’m hoping to ask this sub if anyone has toner/serum suggestions that’ll be enough to hydrate my T-zone without clogging the pores further. Thank you!
