Does anyone use a flip phone on the motorbike as a gps? I just got my flip 8 today after many ups delays. Ive always used my normal slab phone as a gps but im wondering would this be a bad idea with the flip due to the screen being the way it is.

Anyone have experience with this? I have one of those phone holders where the phone is in a small clear pocket thats clamped shut. Ive had no issues with any of my other phones but obviously for my first phone over 500€ i am a bit worried.

If anyone uses a secondary phone as a gps instead id love to hear your thoughts. But the thought of moving sim from phone to phone sounds awful.

Hi all, i plan to buy a zflip 7 in the near future. Im not fussy about second hand orso as i get most of my phones second hand. Currently the zflip 7 is about 650€ for a "near mint" one.

If i waited a few weeks or months now as the flip 8 has been released (ive no interest in buying that one) would there be much of a drop? Im currently on a google pixel 9a due to its small size but ive never hated a piece of tech more than this phone, only missing out on the flip7 last year as it was an extra 200 at the time.

First time playing online, 4-3-3 formation, players switching to random positions. My defenders are randomly switching with my strikers, goalkeeper wayyy out to the side of the box. Its very hard to play when i put a ball through to where haaland should be and it ends up being a defender

Hi all, in a bit of a down at the moment, i thought AOT would help break me out of it but it didnt really, i was disappointed after years of no spoilers and putting it off.

So im looking for something else to blow my mind. For context ive watched ALOT of anime, the top 50 on MAL ive watched, along with so many more. Im big into the "rare gems", ill list a few, iroduku, land of the lustrous, shimoneta, snow white. Ive no specific preference, highschool dxd being my favourite anime next to danmachi, but ill give anything the 3 episode rule.

Please suggest me some animes that you liked and dont think are overly popular. But then again maybe ive missed a super popular anime

I have been lacking motivation for the last 2-3 years. After i took a month tbreak last year i noticed the massive difference in my willingness to do anything. From having to force myself to brush my teeth to going to sleep hungry because i simply dont want to drive to the shop. But I'm hoping to get a hold of it once again, as a fun time rather than a necessity.

I hope my music and sports will kick off again, but moreso i hope to finally be able to work up the courage to leave my comfortable space and finally move away from home.

Moderating this sub is pretty easy. There are the odd complainers that pop in once a month orso, and also spam bots and the likes but automod has picked up alot of these. But in general i find it easier than the other subreddits i mod.

Context before im hit with the classic "cant have one that old"

-i live in ireland, here most vehicles here must go through a 'road worthiness test" (CVRT, NCT) every year or two. Unless said vehicle is more than 40 years old

-therefore id like a vehicle that i can drive legally around the world. So it needs to be at least 40 years old

-id like to be able to stealth camp. As much as i love the old Volkswagens they dont really work as stealth campers

-ill need to be able to stand up inside, as it would also be my home thats simply a must. Standing at 6 foot tall, id like to have at least that on the inside

Whatever i get, id more than likely rip it all out and build from scratch. Im pretty handy, the van would be completely de-rusted, and done up. Outside to look like a normal van.

Ive been looking for old ford transits, but hard to get in ireland. But Europe could always be a shout.

Or has anyone bought a camper in another country that may have it excluded from a yearly or 2 yearly 'road worthiness test'? Im able to get an address in nearly any European country between family and friends.

Hello all, id appreciate some ideas on how to tackle witch hunting in this subreddit. Believe me when i say i COMPLETELY understand the frustration and hatred you can feel towards people for being just pure assholes, but id also like to keep that hate refined to a mega thread maybe?

What some people have yet to understand is the game is no longer officially moderated. No matter which way you put it, there are no official servers, and modded versions of the game, while fantastic, are run by people that have a complete say of what happens and will get away with what they like.

If anyone has any ideas on how to go about this please share them below. I hope to add more people to the mod team soon as ive finally got my computer running after a few months on the phone.

Im getting a new chain and sprockets for my bonneville. Currently shes 42 on the back and 19 front. (Stock is 43, 17). The guy i get them off is only able to get a 17 or 18 front tooth (he only deals in jt sprockets). So im wondering if anyone has any specs or insight on it. Thanks
