My son (13M) has had symptoms since early August -- still headaches every day, falling asleep in class... But dr said he was "at the tail end" in early September...

My son (13M) started feeling unwell -- mostly tired, headachey (some congestion, sore throat) -- in early August. In early Septebmer, we did bloodwork and the doctor said he had mono, but that he had more late-stage markers, so thought him to be at the tail end. It's now October, and he is still dealing with headaches every day, and his energy goes up and down -- never SUPER-high, but sometimes so low that he's falling asleep in school.

Are we just in the midst of something that may be many more weeks or months of feeling exhausted and headachey? Or is this unusual if the dr saw that he was "late stage" back in early September?

Thank you for any thoughts!

Least Perilous Route into Lake Arrowhead?

Hello! Taking our first trip to Arrowhead this weekend -- coming from Santa Clarita (just north of LA). Happy to drive a little out of the way to avoid the windiest/hairpin-iest route.

What is/are the route(s) to avoid? And what is my best option for straight line driving, or close as possible to it? (The drive says about 2:10, and I'm happy to add 20-30 mins if necessary to avoid worst of the mountain roads)

Thank you in advance for not making fun of me! :-)

ULPT: Beat the wait for an operator at MGM resorts by selecting Gold/Noir

It’s literally impossible to get a human on the phone at some of the MGM resorts hotels in Vegas without an obscene wait. If you choose the phone option for Gold/Noir members, someone picks up right away. If you need something simple like I did (a copy of my receipt emailed, for instance), they’ll likely help you out, no questions asked.

Driving from Vegas to LA Sunday... Good place in between to watch the World Cup Final...?

I don't want to save the whole drive for after the game on Sunday. Would prefer to get at least a couple of hours in, and then stop somewhere in between and watch the game. Any recommendations? Happy to go *a little* out of the way to find a spot with decent food and nice big tvs for the game.... Thank you in advance!

Better about research/hallucinations?

Just me, or has Gemini gotten better about research on the Internet without making hallucinations as often? Would love to hear if other people are having this experience.
