26F Living out of my car, looking for work

Hey everyone! I'm putting myself out there and hoping this reaches the right person. I'm currently looking for full time work and would genuinely appreciate any leads or opportunities. I have experience as a nanny, in hospitality, as an Eligibility Consultant with Aetna CVS, and as a Direct Support Professional supporting children and adults with behavioral challenges. I'm CPR certified through the American Red Cross and Medication Administration certified, and I have photos and reviews from families I've worked with as a nanny. Right now I'm doing Uber while working toward getting myself back to stability, and I'm currently living out of my car. I'm resume ready, reliable, hardworking, personable, and ready to work. I'm open to childcare, customer service, hospitality, retail, stock associate positions, or other work where I can put my experience to use. Just hoping to connect with someone who may know of a legitimate job opportunity or resource that could help me get back on my feet. Thank you to those who took the time to read this and treats my situation with kindness. ✨

26F living in my car, seeking safe parking + shower access

Hey there. This is a little vulnerable for me to post, but I figured it doesn’t hurt to ask. I kindly ask that any comments or messages be respectful. I’m a 26-year-old woman who’s currently homeless and living out of my car while I work on getting back on my feet. I’m new to the area and drive for Uber six days a week, so I’m working hard and saving as much as I can toward stable housing. I’m looking for someone who might be willing to let me park overnight at their home each night and use their shower once or twice a day. I’m hoping to pay around $100 per month for the arrangement, but I’m also open to discussing other arrangements if there’s something that makes sense for both of us. I’m very respectful of other people’s homes and property. I always clean up after myself, keep shared spaces tidy, am quiet, don’t smoke or do drugs, and will gladly follow any house rules you have. I really just want a safe place to park, maintain good hygiene, and continue working while I get back on my feet. If anyone is open to helping or has a recommendation, I’d be incredibly grateful. Please feel free to comment or send me a private message. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and for any kindness or guidance you can offer.

Want to join the military but have a concern.

So I asked a recruiter about having anxiety meds and
ADHD and I'm aware that I MAY need to wait a year to confirm I am no longer prescribed them. I've been diagnosed with BPD-Borderline Personality Disorder last year, and was also prescribed my meds for that too (which I asked to stop taking alongside the others).
Does having this diagnosis disqualify me from the army or any branch indefinitely? Does anyone have a similar experience? Considering joining the army or navy.

During training and after training what should I expect?

Can someone help me understand what expenses look like when you’re a commuter vs relocation? Can you share examples?

Urgent Relocation: Looking for Work and Housing in Miami

Hey there, I’m reaching out in hopes of finding both employment opportunities and housing leads in the Miami area. Due to an unexpected change in my current living situation, I’m looking to relocate within the next couple of days and would greatly appreciate any leads, advice, or connections. I have experience working as a Nanny, Pet Sitter, Eligibility Consultant with Aetna, Driver, and in hospitality and customer service roles. I’m especially interested in remote or hybrid desk jobs, administrative positions, personal assistant opportunities, receptionist roles, customer support, or any position where I can learn and grow professionally. I’m a quick learner, dependable, professional, and willing to be trained in new skills.

I’m also searching for a room to rent, temporary housing, house-sitting opportunities, or live-in positions such as a nanny, house manager, caregiver, or personal assistant role. I can provide my resume, references, background information, and any relevant certifications upon request. I’m happy to speak by phone, and video call.

At the moment, I do not have a personal vehicle, so I’m hoping to find opportunities that are remote, live-in, or accessible by public transportation. I’m very comfortable using public transit and planning my commute accordingly.

If you know of any job openings, housing opportunities, or resources that may be helpful, please feel free to comment below or send me a message. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for any help you can provide! ❇️

A New Convenience Spot Is Coming Let’s Connect

Hey everyone 🎈

I’m building a community focused mobile convenience shop and something that matters a lot to me is giving other small businesses a chance to be seen too. I want this to be more than a regular snack shop. I want it to bring together community, creativity and convenience in one space.

I’m hoping to connect with local small business owners who would like to feature products inside the bodega. Things like:

• Clothing
• Snacks
• Hats
• Jewelry
• Body care products
• Perfume oils
• Skin care
• Lip gloss
• Candles
• Handmade goods
• Stickers + accessories
• Fun creative items people would love to pick up

The goal is to create a curated experience where people can grab snacks, drinks and essentials while also discovering local brands.

If you’re interested in featuring your products or collaborating, feel free to comment or message me. I’d truly love to build something that supports the community and helps us grow together!!

Come as you are! I prioritize your comfort throughout the entire appointment and make sure you’re satisfied as the service goes on, not just at the end.
