Diet opinion for woman?

What is everybody’s opinion on this diet for a 5’5 woman? Currently 131-135lbs & 21 years old. Last summer I was maintaining a thinner body & a slimmer face (also 117-120lbs) and felt lighter while eating 950-1300 calories a day while also walking 10-15,000 steps MOST days. Fast forward the last few months I’ve been eating 1600-1900 calories a day. This is what many of my lower days look like. Is this a lot of food? I get 10-20,000 steps pretty much everyday. Today I got 12,000. Do you think this looks like too much food and it’s understandable why I don’t look as slim? Also, most women my height barely eat or at most eat 1,300 calories a day. I just struggle with bad food noise so 1600-1900 is actually me controlling myself.

How is this accurate?

When I go to hibachi, I expect my hibachi chicken or shrimp to be 800 due to oils, butter, portions, other additives, etc. Am I interpreting this incorrectly or is hibachi chicken and shrimp actually only 150-200 calories? I chose Benihana this time because they are one of the only hibachi corporations so they actually list their calories (I usually have a local hibachi place by my house). should I still log over 500 cal or is the chicken they put on my plate from the hibachi really only 200?

Diet opinion

What does everyone think about this diet/activity for a woman who wants to achieve a slim model-type physique? 5’5. Currently 130-135lbs. 21 1/2 years old.
Breakfast: 105g hard boiled egg
Lunch: Salad with 5oz rotisserie chicken, lettuce, 80 cal of tzatziki sauce, cucumber, onion, pickles, turnips, olives
Snack: 200 cal 21g protein protein bar & a starbucks 120 cal energy refresher
Dinner: Whole sweet potato seasoned with paprika, garlic powder, cinnamon, salt, black pepper filled with 4oz fat free ground turkey (also seasoned with the same things) and then 45cal of light sour cream. Then a chop from a fatty rack of lamb
17,000+ steps
30 min light gym workout (I don’t take it too seriously so it’s usually 30-45 mins of about 5-7 strength workouts)

The diet isn’t always the same but this is around the same calories. Sometimes I’ll have steak. Sometimes have more fruits and veggies. Sometimes do avocado and cottage cheese with my breakfast. But this is around the activity level and calories.

Restaurant calories?

Accounting for restaurant style food (all their additives and extra oily/buttery etc methods) how many cals do you assume for these items?
Cucumber kimchi
Shrimp tacos
Ricotta toast (thick focaccia bread topped with whipped ricotta cheese, sweet yuzu marmalade, or citrus jam, and savory roasted chili oil or scallion oil

restaurant calorie estimates?

How many do you think in this sushi roll (14 oz Sushi (rice, egg, Imitation crab, Cucumber, Pickled radish, tobiko) and a singular sweet & sour boneless chicken wing? Do you think all together it’s under 800? Accounting for all restaurant cooking .. butters, oils, starches, additives, cooking methods, styles, fattiest ingredients/meats, chefs mood that day, etc..

F19-20/21. All in a year and a half!!

Had posted this a few days ago and moderator removed it for who knows why. Perhaps because the rules state it can’t be strictly weight loss although anyone with logic can see this wasn’t just about weight loss lol. My hair color grew back, I gained confidence and started to dress better, became happier, and also cleared my skin along with the weight loss:)!

Jaw/chin surgery needed?

What surgery do you think would make me more attractive? Like 10/10 besides my skin. Obviously something relating to jaw, cheek, chin recession, etc i’d assume

Crazy how many cals in fruit

I weighed all of this out and I know a calorie is a calorie no matter where it’s from but can you believe all of this is 268 calories?
