Found these at Pennyrile State Forest near Dawson Springs, Kentucky — fossils?

I found these two pieces while looking for rocks/fossils at Pennyrile near Dawson Springs, KY. They have a really porous/honeycomb-like texture and I’m wondering if they’re fossil material. I included pictures of both sides and the edges.
Any idea what these could be? Also curious about their approximate age/type!

found this hand-sized rock in the surf at Myrtle Beach, SC. what is it?

i found this in the surf at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. its about hand-sized and unusually heavy for its size. it doesnt fizz with vinegar, and a fridge magnet seems to weakly attract it (or almost feels like the rock pushes the magnet). it has flat layers and white veins running through it.
any ideas what it could be? i included photos of both sides and the edge.
