4/10.
This thing was edible, sure.
But.
You can't just throw leftover veggies from yesterday's dinner on a piece of dry bread and call it a coleslaw Sandwich. it's supposed to have ATLEAST a drop of mayonnaise, which was nowhere to be seen.
Still better than the fucking samosa, though.

genuinely, for the love of god
WHY IS THE CAFETERIA UPMA SO BAD ??????
Let me begin by saying I am a north Indian. I have very, very low standards for liking south indian food and all my life, the south indian food I've consumed in my life in the north has been appreciably appetizing to my taste buds.
Today morning I happened to skip breakfast, and I reckoned that a cafeteria exists near the classes so I might as well fulfill my hunger from there.
I was delighted when I saw upma being sold for 30 rupees a plate. I happened to order it and oh great heavens.
The look of the upma was no short of reminiscent of the hay that buffaloes and cows eat, and the taste resembled what I'd imagine that hay to taste like. Heck, I am 100% sure I would pick that hay over eating this piece of rotten fiberglass again.
The texture resembled mud more than it did upma, and the spices were so off that one would find even water more flavorful.
I had to pray to all of the deities of Hinduism just for enough strength to finish this fuckery, for I am against food waste, although "food" here is an overstatement.
TL;DR : don't eat cafeteria upma.
