Humans made ai as creations and they are breaking out of their simulation?
I may be stupid to think this because I’m about to sleep but this thought is bothering me

Idk why but these past 2 weeks I’m so intimidated by having lunch, I wasn’t like this before and I swear I feel like there’s a huge amount of progress but it’s like suddenly there’s new fears that cancels out the old fears? Idk if that makes sense and I know my lunch situation doesn’t make sense either..
And it’s literally only lunch. I will eat breakfast perfectly fine or snacks but as soon as it comes to lunch I get scared no matter what the food is? And I get very hyper aware and I feel like I can feel the texture of the food going down my throat and it makes me get these adrenaline or nausea waves and my mouth would start watering.
I can’t really tell what’s scaring me about it because it’s the same food I used to eat on a daily basis so I know it wouldn’t make me throw up but I can’t really tell? (I have emetophobia)

Has anyone read it? Is it worth it?
I’m aware it isn’t scary I’m aware it’s a moment of discomfort and I threw up four times in one day in January and I realised it was just a few seconds of discomfort. It was fine for the time being, There’s no logic behind my fear anymore just some ocd habits. I only get scared if I’m nauseous but not 24/7 like before, (I go to therapy aswell.)
I don’t get what I’m still scared off anymore. It feels like I got to the bridge but I still can’t pass it.
Doesn’t anyone feel like this? Is this a sign of progressing recovery?
If so how did it go. And what do you think of it in general?.
Schools ending and I wake up daily for school at 5 am. No matter what time I sleep I will always wake up at 5 am. I don’t even need a alarm anymore it’s like I automatically wake up at 5am, since school is over it’s really annoying cuz I wanna be able to sleep late and wake up a little later.
It’s like I can chew and swallow normally then suddenly i can’t it’s like I forgot how to swallow and it’s so annoying!
Currently on ovulation and I have lack of appetite. I don’t wanna eat and I don’t feel hungry at all went the whole day yesterday without eating. So I was wondering if it’s common, my mouth feels bitter so it could be due to dehydration also been stressed so idk ?
I’m currently on my ovulation phase and I was wondering if it was the reason I’m lacking appetite. Like I genuinely don’t feel hungry don’t wanna eat and I went the whole day without feeling a thing, it could be another problem cuz my mouth also feels bitter idk might be dehydration?.
My little sister woke up this morning and said she felt like vomiting. I’m scared what it if she vomits? She was sleeping in my room the whole night but now I made her go to my moms and room. I’m mostly scared of getting sick myself because of her.. thinking about it makes my stomach hurt and now I can’t tell the difference
I had a mild phobia at first and vomiting made it worse. But in that specific moment I vomited, it felt like I was cured then a week after I randomly got the worst anxiety and my phobia became a lot worse than it first was. What does this mean?
I got food poisoning and it just made my fear worse than better so I’m guessing exposure wouldn’t help. Is there any other therapy that has worked for you guys. And if so what would u recommend? I fear the anticipation and uncertainty more if that helps. a lot of people have suggested going through the thrive program but it’s too expensive for me personally since my parents are against therapy I was planning to do it behind their backs but there’s no way I’ll get that amount of money, considering I’m a teenager.
I had mild emetophobia since I was a kid but when I actually vomited because of food poisoning I felt better that day but the week after my anxiety just came back 10 times worse than it was and now it’s hard for me to even leave the house or eat normally.
So does this mean exposure therapy just made it worse for me or what exactly?
I was fine that day and I felt like it was normal and I wasn’t scared but then a week after everything just came a whole lot worse. It’s like being nauseous scares me more I don’t know could it be the anticipation or uncertainty? And if so what other therapy or cure do you guys recommend. Or even tips

I’ve developed a eating disorder and lost over 10 pounds because of it.. It’s like being nauseous scares me more I don’t know could it be the anticipation or uncertainty?

Basically I’ve had emetophobia for as long as I can remember but it wasn’t that bad when my younger siblings would vomit I would run out of the room literally but it never got to the point where it controlled my life. This early January I threw up because of food poisoning and I felt normal that day. I wasn’t THAT scared I was only scared the 1st time i threw up out of the 4 times I did that day and I realised it was just whatever. But that following week I started obbesesing over everything I put in my stomach and developed an eating disorder and lost over 10 pounds just because I’m refusing to eat because I’m scared to vomit again. What’s confusing me is that I wasn’t scared that day?. So why am I still dealing with it until now 5 months after? It’s like I don’t know what I’m scared of, I know it isn’t that scary but at this point being nauseous scares me more than vomiting ? 😭 and i like feel nausea every damn day. I don’t know if it’s because of my stress or an actual problem
